Claims (13)
- 벌크 물질을 지속적으로 배출하기 위해, 재료 배출수단(3)을 갖는 계량통(2)과 스크류(4)가 장치된 것에 있어서, 계량통(2)은 예비 미터링실(17)을 사이에 두고 상하 수직으로 중첩 배치되는 평면의 격판(15) 및 바닥(18)을 가지며, 그 바닥등의 상부에는 수평 회전하는 재료 유동장치(13, 19)가 배치되어 있고, 평면바닥(18)의 일측방에 스크류(4)로 통하는 재료 유입부(20)가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 미터링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 계량통(2)과 스크류(4)를 잇는 재료 융입부(20)가 그 상부에서 격판(15)의 일측에 의하여 차단됨으로서 계량통(2) 내의 재료의 중량에 의한 압력을 받지 않는 공간으로서 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 미터링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 재료 유동장치(13, 19)가 상하 두 평면으로된 격판(15)과 바닥(18) 위에서 동일축(14)에 의하여 구동하는 이중암식 복수날개로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 미터링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 동일축(14)으로 구동되는 두 개의 재료 유동장치(13, 19) 사이에는 재료 유입부(20)와는 다른 방향에 하나의 재료통과부(16)가 형성된 격판(15)이 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 미터링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 재료 유동장치(13, 19)와 스크류(4)를 가동시키는 두 개의 평행 구동축(21, 22)을 갖는 하나의 구동장치(24)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 미터링 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 스크류(4)는 벨트(23)에 의해 동력이 전달됨을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 미터링 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상측 재료 유동장치(13)가 두 개의 날개로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 미터링 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 하측 재료 유동장치(19)가 네 개의 날개로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 미터링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 재료 방출수단(3) 스크류(4)가 구동장치(24)와 함께 하나의 미터링 유니트(10)를 형성하며, 계량통(2)은 규격을 선택할 수 있고 간단히 분리될 수 있는 조립 부품으로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 미터링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 마이크로 미터링 장치(1)가 하나의 혼합 계량기(30)에 재료를 공급하고, 혼합 계량기와 더불어 하나의 미터링 그룹을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 미터링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 계량통(2)이 재료 투입관(6) 및 공기 조절장치(8)를 갖는 폐쇄된 용기로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 미터링 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 공기 조절장치(8)는 경우에 따라 계량통(2)으로 신선한 공기를 유입시키거나 계량통(2) 내의 더러운 공기를 배출하도록 조절될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 미터링 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 마이크로 미터링 장치(1)는 차동 계량기로서 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 미터링 장치.
