Claims (1)
- 전해액(70)이 내부에 충진된 케이스(60)와, 상기한 케이스(60)의 상부 내측면에 끼워져서 내부 건전지를 밀봉시키는 가스켓(90)과, 상기한 가스켓(90) 내부에 설치는 커버(30) 및 캡(10)으로 구성된 리튬건전지에 있어서, 상기 가스켓(90)의 내주면에는 일정크기로 돌출된 간격돌기(91)를 형성하고, 상기한 간격돌기(91)의 하부와 커버(30)의 사이에는 캡(10)의 하부와 접촉되도록 중심부에 상부방향으로 만곡된 돌출부(101)를 형성한 원판형상의 형상기억스프링(100)를 개재시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 건전지의 과부하 방지구조.
