Claims (13)
- 포름알데히드 수용액을 약 40℃에서 관능가가 3이상인 일반식 R-C(CH2-OH)3또는 R-C(CH2-OH)2-CH2-C-CH2-C(CH2OH)2-R의 폴리메틸을 화합물(여기서, R은 하이드록실 그룹을 포함하거나 포함하지 않을 수 있는 지방족 탄화수소 라디칼이다) 및, 경우에 따라, 알칸올아민과 접촉시키고, 염기성 촉매(바람직하게는 소다)를 가한 다음, 우레아를 첨가하여 중간체 수지를 생성시키고, 반응 혼합물을 약 80℃로 가온하고, 염기성 촉매를 다시 첨가한 다음, 말라민을 첨가하고, 멜라민과의 축합반응 동안 온도를 약 80℃로 가온하고, 염기성 촉매를 다시 첨가한 다음, 멜라민을 첨가하고, 멜라민과의 축합반응 동안 온도록 약 80℃로 유지하면서 거의 무한한 수중 희석능을 유지시키고, 약 30℃로 냉각시킨다음, 경우에 따라, pH를 약 9조로 조절함으로써 수지를 제조(여기서, 멜라민(M)의 몰 수에 대한 포름알데히드(F)의 몰 수의 몰 비(F/M)는 (0.5U/M+1.5) 내지 (3U/M+3)이고, 멜라민M의 몰 수에 대한 우레아(U)의 몰 수의 몰 비(U/M)는 0.5내지 5이며, 폴리메틸올 화합물의 양은 멜라민 1몰당 0.2내지 2몰이다)함을 특징으로하여, 포름알데히드, 우레아 및 멜라민을 폴리에틸을 촤합물의 존재하에 염기성 매질 속에서 축합시켜 수득한, 불연속 무기 섬유 처리용 고무화 조성물에 사용될 수 있는 아미노플라스틱 수지를 제조하는 방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 우레아를 약 30분 동안 첨가하고, 혼합물을 30분 이내에 약 80℃로 가온하여 약 80℃에 도달한 혼합물에 염기성 촉매를 약10분 이내에 첨가하나 다음, 멜라민을 액 30분 동안 첨가하고, 혼합물의 온도를 80℃에서 90분간 유지시키을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 냉각후, 포름알데히드 수용액을 1,000%이상의 수중 희석능을 수득하는 데 필요한 양으로 도입함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 멜라민 1몰당 포름알데히드 3몰 이하를 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 건조 물질 100부를 기준으로 하여, 제12항 내지 제15항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법으로 제조한 수성 수지 30내지 60부, 보충 우레아 20내지 40부 및 통상적인 레졸 형태의 페놀성 수지 수용액 10내지 30부를 함유하고 고무화 첨가제와 몰을 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 고운에서 사용되는 무기 섬유용 고무화 조성물.
- 건조 물질 100부를 기준으로 하여, 제12항 내지 제15항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법으로 제조한 수성 수지 65내지 90부와 보충 우레아 10내지 35부를 함유하고 고무화 첨가제와 물을 추가로 함유하는 무기 섬유용 고무화 첨가제와 물을 추가로 함유하는 무기 섬유용 고무화 조성물.
- 원심분리 연신에 의해 섬유를 형성시키고, 섬유를 수성 수지계 고무화 조성물로 처리한 다음, 섬유를 열처리하여 물을 제거한 후 수지를 망상화시킴으로써, 불연속 무기섬유를 기재로 하는 절연제품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 섬유를 제17항 내지 제20항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 고무화 조성물로 추리함으로 특직으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올이 펜타에리트리톨, 디펜타에리트리톨, 트리메틸올프로판 및 디트리메틸올트로판으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올이 멜라민 1몰당 0.25 내지 0.5몰로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 축합반응이 알칸올아민의 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칸올아민이 트리에탄올아민, 디에탄올아민 및 디메틸이탄올아민으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,수지를 제조하기 위한 성분들, 말레민 M몰에 대하여, 폴리올 0.2M 내지 2M몰, 우레아 0.5M내지 5M몰(즉, 우레아 U몰), 포름알데히드 0.5U+1.5M내지 3U+3M몰, 알칸올아민 0내지 0.01M내지 0.1M몰의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지를 제조하기 위한 성분들을, 멜라민 M몰에 대하여. 폴리올 0.25M내지 0.5M몰, 우레아 0.5M내지 2.5M몰(즉, 우레아 U몰), 포르알데히드 0.5U+1.5M 내지 3U+3M몰, 알칸올아민 0몰 내지 0.01M몰 및 염기성 촉매 0.01M몰 내지 0.01M몰의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
