シートが固着されたシヤフトと、該シヤフトを一
定角度回転させるハンドルと、前記接触面に穿設
された第１〜第３の貫通孔と、前記バルブシート
の前記接触面と接する側に設けられた略Ｔ字形の
連通路とを具備し、前記ハンドルを回転させて前
記バルブシートを回転させ、該バルブシートの前
記連通路を介して前記第１貫通孔を前記第２およ
び第３貫通孔に同時に連通させるように構成した
