Abstract

PURPOSE:To promote the drying of a wound part, by inflating a framelike air bladder to raise the periphery of the wound part due to a bedsore and supporting said wound part in a reduced pressure state by a gel formed by allowing a highly water-absorbable resin to absorb water and supplying fresh air to the wound part from an air jet part. CONSTITUTION:A pad 4 is allowed to correspond to a wound part due to a bedsore and air is introduced into a framelike air bladder 2 to inflate said bladder 2. The pad 4 can support the wound part through an air permeable sheet 6 without imparting a pain by the gel 8 allowed to fill a receiving body 7 and the pressure reduction of the wound part due to the frame like air blad der. In this state, air is injected from an air jet part 5 and fresh air is supplied to the wound part to contribute to the drying thereof. The exuded liquid generat ed from the wound part is absorbed by the highly water-absorbable gel 8 through the air permeable sheet 6 to be capable of being automatically treated and said gel also contributes to the drying of the wound part.
