Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate making of a ranging porous substance by subjecting a soluble granulated substance to centrifugal molding, infusing a specified viscosity of porous substance forming liquid material therein to centrifugal molding and hardening, and then eluting the granulated substance after mold releasing.
CONSTITUTION: A granulated substance soluble to a solvent like water such as starch, granulated sugar or rock salt is infused in the die of a centrifugal molding machine to centrifugal molding, and, as running the die, a porous substance forming liquid material like liquid polyurethane, liquid polybutadiene rubber below 20 centipoise in viscosity is infused in the die to hardening, the said granulated substance is eluted with solvent after mold releasing, and then a porous substance is obtained through separating the solvent.
