第1図は、本考案にかかる燃焼制御装置を備え
た過給機付デイーゼルエンジンの側面説明図であ
る。第2図は、第1図に示すデイーゼルエンジン
のシステム構成図である。第3図は、第1図に示
すデイーゼルエンジンに設けられるアクチユエー
タの縦断面説明図である。第4図は第1図に示す
デイーゼルエンジンに設けられたバキユームポン
プから発生する負圧の高度に対する特性を示した
図である。第5図は、第1図に示すデイーゼルエ
ンジンの過給機の過給圧のエンジン回転数に対す
る特性を、高度をパラメータとして示した図であ
る。第6図は、従来のアクチユエータの縦断面説
明図である。第7図は、従来の過給機の過給圧の
エンジン回転数に対する特性を、高度をパラメー
タとして示した図である。

イパスしてタービン上流の排気通路とタービン下
流の排気通路を連通するバイパス排気通路と、該
バイパス排気通路を開閉するウエストゲートバル
ブと、過給圧がセツト荷重に対応する圧力より高
いときにはウエストゲートバルブを開いて過給圧
の上昇を抑制するアクチユエータと、負圧を発生
させるバキユームポンプとが設けられたデイーゼ
ルエンジンにおいて、 アクチユエータにバキユームポンプの負圧が導
入される負圧室を設け、該負圧室に導入される負
圧の絶対値が小さいときほどアクチユエータのセ
ツト荷重を増加させるセツト荷重補正手段を設け
たことを特徴とする過給機付デイーゼルエンジン
