[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a rubber mat for floor heating, in particular, it warms the area farthest from the heat source such as a stove first, and makes the temperature of the rubber mat far from the heat source slightly higher than that of the rubber mat that is closer to the heat source. The purpose is to obtain a heating effect.

Underfloor heating, which provides comfortable warmth even when the room temperature is relatively low, has recently become popular, but full-fledged underfloor heating systems using panels made of metal tubes have the disadvantage of being expensive and time-consuming to install. Therefore, simple floor heating using rubber or plastic heat dissipation mats that can be easily installed or removed in existing rooms and can also utilize waste heat from kerosene stoves, etc., has become popular.

Conventionally used rubber and plastic floor heating mats are mostly made by extruding rubber or plastic into a strip shape with multiple hot water distribution pipes arranged in parallel using an extruder. By vulcanizing, a hot water distribution pipe zone with a width of 200 to 300 mm having multiple hot water distribution pipes arranged in parallel is obtained. This is cut into predetermined dimensions, and the cut rubber or plastic strips are placed side by side to increase the area, and the hot water distribution pipe and metal socket or hard plastic of the header part, which is pre-formed at both ends of the cut surface of the hot water distribution pipe, are attached. Methods include fitting them using sockets, fixing them with adhesive, tightening them with hose bands, or heat-sealing them. However, these have the following drawbacks.

(c) Due to restrictions in the manufacturing method, hot water distribution pipes are only combined in a reciprocating manner within the mat, and due to the extrusion width, the number of hot water distribution pipe combinations is a fixed number, resulting in poor temperature distribution. In addition, the size of this type of underfloor heating mat is usually about 1 tatami mat, and these are often used in combinations of about 2 to 4 tatami mats, but the hot water circuit between these mats is arranged in order from the pine closest to the heat source to the pine further away. There is a method in which the heat is returned to the heat source through a hose or a return path provided at the outer edge of the mat from the mat far from the heat source, but this method has the following drawbacks.

(d) In the above circuit, for example, there is a temperature difference of about 2 to 6 degrees Celsius between the first and third tatami mats, and this together with the temperature of the heat source such as a stove makes the first tatami mat particularly warm. Tatami mats have the disadvantage of lacking warmth.

(e) For example, when hot water is returned to a heat source from a third tatami mat with a hose, there is a drawback that the hose can get caught on feet, etc., or people can trip over it and fall.

(F) Between the rubber mat near the heat source and the mat far from the heat source, it is possible to install the outgoing hot water distribution pipe 5 parallel to the heat source at the shortest distance and the return hot water distribution pipe 4 within the edge of the rubber mat. The conventional method using this method has the disadvantage of being difficult in terms of both manufacturing and cost.

The inventors of the present invention created a plurality of parallel hot water distribution pipes 2 in a rubber mat shown in FIG. Hot water distribution pipe 3 connected in a shape
and 4, partitions 6 and 7 on the inner wall of the horizontal hot water distribution pipe 3, and a partition 8 on the inner wall of one of the horizontal hot water distribution pipes 4 to correspond to the combined number of vertical hot water distribution pipes 2. They are arranged alternately so that the ratio is about 1:2:2:1, and the hot water distribution pipes 3 on one side in the horizontal direction are
Hot water distribution pipes 5 of hot water parallel to each other, two hot water distribution pipes 3 parallel to each other in the lateral direction, and connection parts 9, 9', 10, 10' attached to both ends of 5, respectively,
By vulcanizing and molding them simultaneously in a vulcanization mold, a product was obtained that solved the above-mentioned drawbacks (a), (b), and (c) of the conventional method at once. However, if one of the horizontally parallel hot water distribution pipes 5 is used as a return path for hot water as in the conventional method, the drawback (d) of the conventional method described above.
(E) and (F) remain unresolved.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, can be easily installed or removed, and provides the same warm feeling in both the rubber mat parts near the heat source and the rubber mat parts located far from the heat source, making it possible to create a safe floor. The aim is to provide heating rubber mats at low cost.

As an embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a rubber mat 1 having a desired thickness is used.
A plurality of vertical hot water distribution pipes 2 are provided in parallel in parallel with the surface of the mat, and horizontal hot water distribution pipes 2 are connected at both ends of the hot water distribution pipes 2 in a T-shape or an L-shape, respectively. The hot water distribution pipe 5, which is the outgoing path of hot water, and the 2 pipes parallel to each other in the horizontal direction
The connecting parts 9, 9', 10, 10' attached to both ends of the hot water distribution pipes 3 and 5, respectively, are combined into a rubber mat for floor heating 1, which is formed by simultaneously vulcanizing and molding the rubber mats in the same vulcanization mold. It is characterized in that the outermost hot water distribution pipes 5 parallel to each other in the lateral direction are used as an outgoing path for hot water. For example, a pump P is connected to one outlet of a heat exchanger 13 using a kerosene stove as a heat source, and a rubber mat 1 for floor heating whose size is the size of one tatami mat shown in FIG. The outlet is connected by a connection hose 12 to one connection part 9 of the outermost hot water distribution pipe 5 which is arranged in parallel in the horizontal direction of the floor heating rubber mat 1 closest to the outlet.

A hose 1 is used to connect one inlet of the heat exchanger 13 and one connection part 10 of the horizontal hot water distribution pipe 3.
Connect by 2'. The 3 tatami mat floor heating room is
The connecting parts 9 and 9', 10 and 10' provided on the parallel horizontal hot water distribution pipes 3 and 5 are connected to the connecting hoses 12 and 1.
Connect 2'. The pump P connects the connection parts 10' and 9' of the hot water distribution pipes 3 and 5 that are parallel in the horizontal direction farthest from the pump P to a 3-tatami floor heating rubber mat, which is connected by a connecting rubber U-shaped pipe 11. When hot water is passed through, the temperature rises from the rubber mats that are far from the heat source. Also, during regular use, the temperature of the surface of the rubber mat near the heat source is 2 to 5 degrees lower than that of the rubber mat far from the heat source, but since the oil stove that is the heat source is nearby, the radiant temperature keeps the area warmer, and the living temperature of the entire room They found that this could be appropriately improved and completed the present invention.

The present invention differs from the conventional method in which the hot water distribution pipes are connected using a header, and it is possible to integrally mold the forward hot water distribution pipe 5 inside the rubber mat, which was difficult to manufacture or cost in the conventional method. It's easy.

In the present invention, all of the rubber mats 1 for floor heating are simultaneously vulcanized and molded in the same vulcanization mold.
It goes without saying that it has an excellent heated living feel as mentioned above, but it is also inexpensive, leak-free, easy to handle, easy to install or remove and store, and is safe and does not get tangled in the feet of the occupants. Moreover, we can provide products with excellent appearance.
