[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to the basic structure of an assembled swimming pool.

Generally, assembled pools are constructed by uniformly laying a sand cushion layer using mountain sand on a foundation, and then installing the pool on top of the sand cushion layer.

However, when installing a pool on the second or third floor of a building, the building frame, including the floor that forms the boundary between the lower and upper floors, must be constructed using a special structure that can withstand not only the weight of the pool itself and the pool water, but also the weight of the sand cushion layer. This requires a pressure-resistant structure, which has a significant impact on construction costs.

In order to prevent this and reduce the strength of the floor that forms the boundary between the lower and upper floors, it is proposed to construct a cushion layer made of lightweight foam material between the pool body and the foundation.

In the case of foam materials, due to the mold, it is not possible to integrally mold a product with a wide area corresponding to the area of the pool body, so as a result, it is divided into planar rectangular shapes, and the edge surfaces are brought into contact with each other to form a grid pattern. It will be laid on the foundation.

Incidentally, regardless of the size of the pool, the bottom assembly of the pool body is formed by laying down bottom panels with a length and width of m and then connecting them.

However, when laying the panel, the foam material may roll up onto the adjacent foam material due to the swing of the bottom panel, or when the bottom panel is once installed, the bottom panel may be lifted up again when making fine adjustments to the laying position. In such a case, the foamed material will be attracted to the panel due to the negative pressure effect, and it will become inevitable that the foamed material will cling onto the adjacent foamed material.

The purpose of this invention is to create a cushion layer made up of multiple pieces of foam material, but by creating a structure in which all the square foam materials are locked together at each of the four edges during installation, it is possible to avoid the tilting phenomenon and negative pressure effects. The purpose is to prevent the accompanying problems such as the foam material rolling up and getting stuck on it.

The means for achieving the above object is to construct a cushion layer between the bottom assembly and the foundation, and the cushion layer is made of rectangular foam having a desired planar area and laid with its four edges in contact with each other. By forming a plurality of pieces of foam material, and forming a stepped part from the upper surface continuously on two edges of the foamed material, an insertion piece is formed in the lower half part, and a step part is formed continuously from the lower surface on the remaining two edges. By recessing, a recess is formed in the lower half, and the insertion piece is inserted into the recess of the adjacent foam material, and the insertion piece of the adjacent foam material is inserted into the recess to connect the foam materials to each other. This is because they are connected.

According to the above-mentioned technical means, each foam member is locked to each other by the mutual fitting of the insertion piece and the recess.
Forms a monolithic cushion layer that is also connected to the edges.

As described above, the present invention forms a single plate-like cushion layer in which all four edges of each foam material are connected.
Not only does the cushion layer not partially peel up even if the bottom panel is tilted from various directions when laying the bottom panel, but even if a suction phenomenon occurs when lifting the panel to re-lay it, the foam material will partially detach. This eliminates the need for the troublesome work of re-laying the cushion layer. Moreover, all the foamed materials have the same shape, making molding and management very easy.

In addition, since the gap between the bottom assembly and the foundation is made of only foam material, it is only several tenths lighter than a conventional sand cushion layer, as shown in the example, and it can safely cover the bottom of the pool. A supportable bottom structure can be formed, eliminating the need for the building frame including the floor to have a special pressure-resistant structure.

In the pool body A, a side wall panel A 2 -1 is erected around the periphery of a bottom assembly A 1 formed by arranging a large number of bottom panels A 1 -1 in parallel to form a side assembly A 2 . A cushion layer 2 is formed by laying a large number of rectangular foam materials 2-1 having a desired planar area on a foundation 1, and the cushion layer 2 is installed on the cushion layer 2. .

The foam material 2-1 is urethane, polystyrene, etc., and is used to form a cushion layer 2 on the foundation 1 by laying a large number of them on the foundation 1.
It has a rectangular shape with a desired planar area, and two edges thereof are continuously provided with step portions 2-2 from the upper surface to form an insertion piece 2-3 in the lower half, and the remaining two edges are continuous. A recess 2-4 is formed in the lower half by recessing from the lower surface.

As described above, the cushion layer 2 is formed by inserting the insertion piece 2-3 into the recess 2-4 of the adjacent foam material 2-1, and inserting the insertion piece 2-3 of the adjacent foam material 2-1 into the recess 2-4.
This operation is repeated one after another so that a large number of cross-shaped joints 3 are formed, thereby forming a cushion surface on the base 1 that has the same or slightly larger area than the bottom assembly a1.

By the way, since the bottom assembly A1 is designed to have a three-fold safety factor, that is, a pressure resistance of 3 tons/ m2 , assuming a water storage head of 1m, the cushion layer 2 is naturally designed to have a pressure resistance even higher than that. However, in the case of the cushion layer 2, the weight must be 12 tons to 15 tons.
It had a compressive strength of 24 tons/m 2 and 24 tons/m 2 and 30 tons/m 2 , and there were no problems with the pool's supporting ability, and its own weight was light at 560 kg and 1120 kg at a thickness of 50 mm.

In addition, since the foam material 2-1 is elastically deformed, the foundation 1
It can absorb the undulations of the floor surface, but if the undulations are severe, for example ±10 mm, the back surface can be cut off according to the unevenness and used.
