Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the wrapping and cutting of dough and solid in a completely contacting state by coaxially forming an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder and a central cylinder and vertically oscillating the central cylinder synchronous to the charge of a solid material, thereby preventing the entrainment of air during the embedding of the solid material into a dough. CONSTITUTION:An outer cylinder 5, an inner cylinder 6 and a central cylinder 7 are coaxially arranged. The lower end 8 of the outer cylinder is placed at the lowest position and the lower end 9 of the inner cylinder is positioned above the end 8. The central cylinder 7 is made to be movable in vertical direction to enable the variation of the gap C between the lower end 10 of the central cylinder and the lower end 9 of the inner cylinder. The stuffing material 1 is charged to the space between the inner cylinder 6 and the central cylinder 7 and the outer skin material 3 is supplied to the space between the outer cylinder 5 and the inner cylinder 6. The central cylinder 7 is lowered to form a pocket P by the outer circumference of the central cylinder 7 at the inner-side of the outlet port of the stuffing material 1 and a solid material is charged into the pocket from above.
