問題点かあった。This conventional embroidery sewing machine is designed to fasten the fabric around the fastening part at the edge of the G1 embroidery hole, so if the bobbin thread breaks during embroidery work, the fabric must be removed from the fastening part. After turning over the fabric and pulling the bobbin thread through the embroidery hole onto the table, the fabric must be attached to the attachment part again, which requires a tedious work to remove the bobbin thread (II!) There were some problems that took a long time.

With such a cloth, a part of the periphery of the cloth cannot be fixed, so a part of the periphery of the cloth is unsteady and easy to turn over, resulting in the problem that the embroidery pattern tends to collapse and disappear.

If the bobbin thread breaks during embroidery work, after raising the cloth frame movement, move the cloth frame manually or by command from the control unit so that the thread pull-out hole in the support plate is located at the needle drop position. This allows the bobbin thread to be pulled up onto the support plate using the thread pull-out hole without removing the cloth jacket. Thereafter, the cloth frame is moved manually or by a command from the control section so that the cloth embroidery restart position is located at the 1st drop position, and the embroidery pattern can be neatly embroidered again.

First, in step 531, it is determined whether or not the thread processing position button 38 has been operated to move the cloth frame 10 to the thread breakage processing position, and the result is YES.
In this case, in step 532, the coordinates XA and VA of the break point of the embroidery pattern are read out, and in step S33, the above 1 is

Let P=XA-XG, YP=XA-XG. Otherwise step S34 [Cloth frame according to XP! 0 in the X-axis direction, move the fabric frame 10 in the Y-axis direction according to YP, and position the thread pull-out hole 17 at the needle drop position 3a as shown in FIG. Thereafter, in step 535, the thread processing operation for pulling up the broken bobbin thread a onto the support plate 14 is carried out in the same manner as shown in FIG.

Next, in step 536, it is determined whether or not to return to the pattern break position mouth. If the result is YES, in step 537, the polarity of XP and VP is reversed, and in step 538, ll! The frame moving mechanism 8 is operated according to iXP and YP, the cloth frame 10 is moved by a predetermined amount in the X-axis direction according to the value xP, and the cloth frame 10 is moved by a predetermined amount in the Y-axis direction by 1 straight YP. As a result, the cloth frame 10 is shown in Fig. 10 (G).
As shown in Fig. 10(H), the fabric frame 10 is accurately returned to its original position due to the thread breakage.
Be able to accurately return the pattern break position opening of the embroidery pattern to the needle drop position 3a as shown in . After that, it starts operating again, and the embroidery pattern can be embroidered neatly and in continuation with the previous embroidery pattern.

There is an effect that can be done. Moreover, in the above case, the support plate 1 of the cloth frame 10
The embroidery area of the fabric is superimposed on the embroidery hole 15 provided in the embroidery hole 15 of the fabric. It can be embroidered in a stretched state, and the embroidery pattern can be accurately embroidered on the area of the fabric that is to be embroidered, resulting in a neat embroidery pattern.

By moving the thread so that it is located at
7, the bobbin thread can be pulled up onto the support Fi 14, and as a result, even when the periphery of the area to be embroidered on the cloth is secured to the attachment part 18, the attachment state of the cloth is maintained. This has the effect of easily and quickly pulling up the bobbin thread onto the support plate 14.
