However, the above-mentioned holder 1
In No. 4, the lead wire 13 is merely cut or the damaged portion is changed, and the load on the lead wire 13 is concentrated on one place. Therefore, the problem that the lead wire 13 is cut cannot be eliminated. If the holder 14 is cut open for connection repair, the next wire break will be near the outlet from the plug body 11, and connection repair cannot be performed again. In this case, it is necessary to cut the cord 12 and replace it with a new commercially available plug, which is very troublesome.

Embodiment 2 FIG. 2 (A) shows an embodiment of the second invention, but the same reference numerals as those in the above-mentioned Embodiment 1 indicate the same parts, and the explanation thereof will be omitted. Here, four holding portions 8 are provided on the side of the cord guard 6.
a to d are projected, and these holding portions 8 a to 8 d are
The lead wire 5 drawn from the plug body 2 is integrally molded so as to be held along the cord guard 6. Therefore, also in the power plug 1a, since the lead wire 5 is elastically held by the holding portions 8a to 8d, the effect of dispersing the force to the lead wire 5 and suppressing the disconnection can be maintained, of course. Since disconnection and damage also occur at the holding portion 8a farthest from the plug body 2, in this case also, as shown in FIGS. 2B and 2C, the holding portion 8a is cut open and the lead wires 5 are soldered 9 or the like. Just repair the connection,
The next disconnection or the like will be at the holding portion 8b, and the connection can be repaired at least three times up to 8c. Further, as in the case of the first embodiment, since the manufacturing can be performed by simply changing the mold, it can be easily realized at low cost. In the above embodiment, the number of holding portions can be increased or decreased and the lead wire holding form can be changed as appropriate. Again, the holding portion is provided in the reinforcing portion such as the cord guard to provide a wire breakage prevention effect. If there is no part, the holding part can be formed directly on the cord.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, since the lead wire is protected along the power cord by the thin-walled outer covering portion, disconnection is less likely to occur and durability is improved. In addition, even if a wire breakage or damage occurs, the thin-walled jacket portion can be easily cut open to repair the connection many times. Further, since the molding is easy, there is no cost. Further, if the outer covering portion is integrated with the reinforcing portion formed on the power cord, the effect of preventing the disconnection of the lead wire becomes better. On the other hand, also in the second aspect of the invention, since the load on the lead wire is relieved by the bending of the power cord, the stress is dispersed and the disconnection is less likely to occur, and the durability can be expected to be improved. In addition, even if a wire breakage or damage occurs, it is sufficient to cut open only the holding portion therefor for connection repair, and therefore connection repair can be performed as many times as the number of holding portions provided. Of course, the same cost effect can be obtained as in the first aspect of the invention, and if the reinforcing portion formed on the power cord is provided with the holding portion in a protruding manner, the effect of preventing the disconnection of the lead wire becomes better.
