PURPOSE:To provide a pivotally rolling bearing which is excellent in durability under a severe condition compared to a conventional pivotally rolling bearing, inexpensive compared to a ceramic bearing, and suitable for usage under the condition that a bearing having a usual structure shows problem in durability but not so high durability, such as in the ceramic bearing, is required. CONSTITUTION:An inner ring 2 and an outer ring 3 are made of stainless steel. Seal members 9, 10 blocking a gap 6 between the inner and outer rings are each made of ring plate-like polytetrafuluoroethyrene material. The seal members 9, 10 are fastened to the inner ring 2 or the outer ring 3 under the state of being sandwiched by means of metal backup plates 11, 12 from rear surfaces.
