(57) [Summary] [Structure] While pressing the roll bond material 2 in which a circuit portion is formed in advance before the expansion tube with a mold having a wrinkle retainer, the roll bond material is pressed against the mold 4 by air pressure from the opposite side. A method of manufacturing an aluminum hollow curved surface panel, in which air having a pressure higher than the air pressure is sent to the circuit portion of the roll bond material 2 to expand the roll bond material. [Effect] According to the present invention, it is only necessary to manufacture the upper mold for the mold, and the mold cost can be saved, and the hollow panel (which may be considered as a ribbed panel) which has been considered difficult in the past can be manufactured. A curved surface can be formed by drawing. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture an integrally molded product such as an automobile sunshade without a joint portion with high reliability and in a small number of steps.

2. Description of the Related Art Generally, a three-dimensional curved panel made of aluminum or aluminum alloy (hereinafter, simply referred to as aluminum) is used for applications requiring rigidity such as sun shades for automobiles. Has been done. These three-dimensional curved panels are formed by molding a three-dimensional curved panel by press molding and joining the press-formed reinforcing ribs by spot welding or the like. Therefore, the conventional method requires a step of forming the curved panel and the ribs in separate steps and welding them, which requires not only a large number of steps but also a die for molding the panel and the rib. . On the other hand, if a roll bond material can be used to manufacture a three-dimensional curved panel such as a sunshade, the expansion tube portion acts as a reinforcing material such as a rib, which makes the rib unnecessary, which is extremely convenient.

FIG. 2 shows an example of steps for manufacturing a conventional roll bond panel. In FIG. 2, after the aluminum plate 1 is brushed (a), a non-pressing portion circuit is printed on one side in advance by a printing agent (b), and the two aluminum plates are superposed and rolled to form a circuit. The parts other than the parts are pressure-bonded (c), and after the steps of rolling → annealing → leveler, etc., air is introduced into the circuit part using the upper and lower molds to expand the tube (d).

However, in the conventional method for manufacturing a roll bond panel as described above, the number of steps is large and the processing cost is high, and it is necessary to use the upper and lower molds for the expansion tube, and the bending process after the expansion tube is performed. In the process, deep drawing is impossible even if only shallow bending is possible,
There is a problem that the shape is specified. However, as mentioned above, it is not only necessary to separately prepare a mold die for molding a pipe or the like, but also to form the reinforcing ribs and the like in a separate step, and to join them, in a separate step of brazing these ribs and the like. Therefore, the processing cost becomes high and the reliability of the product becomes poor.

The hollow curved surface panel of the present invention is a mold provided with a wrinkle retainer, which presses a roll bond material on which a circuit portion is formed in advance before the expansion tube while applying air pressure from the opposite side. The bond material is pressed against a mold and drawn, and then, as it is, air having a pressure higher than the air pressure is supplied to the circuit portion of the roll bond material to expand the roll bond material. The above problem is solved by the configuration.

To manufacture the hollow curved panel of the present invention,
First, on one side of the aluminum plate 1, a non-crimp circuit is preliminarily printed and printed with a crimp preventive agent. Two aluminum plates are superposed and rolled to crimp and bond the portions other than the circuit portion, and air is introduced to the non-crimp portion. It is made by a so-called roll bonding method in which a circuit portion is formed by expanding a tube. 1 and 3 are schematic explanatory views showing the method of the present invention. The present invention shows a conventional method after the leveler process of FIG.
The steps of cutting-pressing-expanding tube are taken, and at this time, the pressing and expanding tube are performed by the steps shown in FIGS. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 2 denotes a roll bond material in which a circuit portion is formed in advance with a pressure-preventing agent and pressure-bonded. 20 kgf / cm 2 ) is fed to the lower portion of the roll bond material 2, and the upper die 4 is lowered while pressing the roll bond material 2 against the upper die 4 to perform drawing processing. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, while the roll bond material 2 is sandwiched in the mold, air is blown into the circuit of the roll bond material 2 through the air having a pressure higher than that supplied to the lower mold. Figure 4
FIG. 3 shows a cross-sectional view of the roll bond material after press molding and further expanding. The height of the expansion tube is adjusted by the air pressure when expanding the tube. In the illustrated embodiment, the case where only the upper mold is used has been described, but it is also possible to use only the lower mold.

According to the present invention as described above, only the upper mold is required to be manufactured, the mold cost can be saved, and the hollow panel (ribbed panel and (It may be considered) It is possible to form a curved surface by drawing. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture an integrally molded product such as an automobile sunshade without a joint portion with high reliability and in a small number of steps.
