Claims (1)
ニル樹脂ペーストの浸漬加工を施し、その上面に塩化ビ
ニル樹脂インキによる絵柄層を転写してプリントシート
を形成し、該プリントシートを中間層として、上層に透
明塩化ビニル樹脂フィルム、下層にはポリ塩化ビニル樹
脂基材の三層を熱ラミネートによって貼り合せて積層材
を形成し、該積層材の上面に絵柄層に同調させて、共柄
のエンボス模様を形成してなる構成を特徴とする塩化ビ
ニルタイル材。1. A non-woven fabric mainly composed of glass fibers is subjected to a dipping process of a vinyl chloride resin paste, a pattern layer is transferred onto the upper surface of the non-woven fabric to form a print sheet, and the print sheet is formed as an intermediate layer. As the upper layer, a transparent vinyl chloride resin film is laminated on the upper layer, and three layers of a polyvinyl chloride resin substrate are laminated on the lower layer by thermal lamination to form a laminated material, and the upper surface of the laminated material is synchronized with the pattern layer to form a co-pattern. A vinyl chloride tile material characterized by being formed by forming an embossed pattern.
