There are various methods for manufacturing and packing a plurality of types of compound fibers having different properties such as cotton and tow in the same factory in parallel. The conventional method will be briefly described below. For short fibers such as cotton wool S, the filling amount is measured by the measuring device 6 as illustrated in FIG. Temporary compression is performed by the cylinder head 9 of the preliminary compression device 8. Then, a predetermined filling amount is usually obtained by repeating the measurement a plurality of times. In addition,
Reference numeral 16 in the figure is a cotton stopper that operates (closes) as the temporarily compressed cylinder head 9 rises, and functions to regulate the swelling of the cotton wool filled in the compression box. This kind of fiber has a large coefficient of friction on the surface, that is, the fiber is not slippery, so it is difficult for the cotton lump to swell due to compression from above and below, and the avalanche phenomenon due to slippage to occur, and it can withstand high compression. There is a property. Therefore, the compression box 1 in the pre-compressed state is transferred to the main compression device section, one side surface of the compression box 1 is opened, and the compression box 1 is retracted to another position and then main compression and packaging are performed at high pressure. Has been taken.

The compression box 2 is filled with the swing chute 12 via b. The compression box 2 is driven to reciprocate in a direction perpendicular to the swing of the swing chute 12 via a tow receiver device 17 provided below, so that the uneven filling of the tow cotton can be corrected. Unlike the above-mentioned cotton, this type of fiber generally has a small coefficient of friction on the surface, slides to the peripheral side surface due to compression from above and below, and swollen cotton lumps and avalanche phenomenon are likely to occur, thus restraining the peripheral surface. Although it depends on the quality of the cotton when it is lost, automatic packaging is almost impossible. For this reason, these cotton-like materials are compressed to the final height and pressure in the compression box 2 and then removed from the compression box while sandwiching the cotton lumps with the upper and lower press seats, and then packed or packed in a corrugated cardboard box. The method (the filling amount is small due to the strength of the box) is adopted. As described above, it was necessary to change the processing method in the subsequent steps such as filling, temporary compression and main compression depending on the difference in cotton properties. Therefore, as a conventional method, in a packing plant for a plurality of kinds of multi-series cotton products such as stapler and tow, as a first example, as shown in FIGS. A method of installing dedicated compression packing devices 18a and 18b has been adopted. For this reason, it is inevitable that the compression packing apparatus as a whole will have a high equipment cost, and a large laying area is required.

This type is equipped with a plurality of sets of compression boxes 19 for high compression capable of main compression, filled with cotton-like material such as staples and tows, and temporarily compressed, and then the roller conveyor or traverser 4a. , 4b, and the like, and transferred to the main compression device section, and after main compression in the same compression box 19 for high compression to the final state, the upper and lower press seats take out the cotton lump downward or the same compression. It is a package that is pulled out of the box and then packed.
Moreover, the cotton-like material supplied in multiple lines can be packed by the same compression packing device. However, since the same high-compression-compatible compression box 19 also serves as the main compression box, it is necessary to manufacture it as a high-strength, high-weight compression box, which has the drawback of increasing equipment costs and basic costs as described later. It was

There is a type of packing. However, this type also
It is possible to pack multiple types of cotton-like materials such as soot and tow, and multiple series, using the same compression packing device. In addition, in the case of this type, if the cotton lump collapses or scatters when transported by a fork truck, and the avalanche phenomenon occurs because there is no constraint on the peripheral surface during recompression, it may be impossible to pack depending on the cotton properties. There are many. As described above, various types of compressing and packing machines that are supplied in multiple types and multiple series have been proposed so far, but they are incomplete (some cannot be processed) as automatic packing machines. Or, the manufacturing cost of the entire apparatus is significantly increased, and the like, and all of them have major drawbacks, and improvements in the manufacturing cost and performance of the apparatus have been earnestly desired.

るものである。As mentioned above, in the chemical fiber plant that produces multiple cotton and tow in a series,
Although various formats have been adopted conventionally, in the first example,
When packing the soft cotton and tow produced in each series, a dedicated compression packing device is required for each packing, which increases equipment costs and running costs. Further, in the second example, since a plurality of sets of high-compression compression boxes having a high strength and a high weight capable of withstanding the main compression are circulated through the filling section and the main compression section, the manufacturing cost of the compression box is increased due to the structure. In addition, the transport device for the compression box also needs to be sturdy, which has a drawback that equipment costs and basic costs rise. Further, in the case of the type in which, after the temporary compression, it is transferred to a compression packing device at another position for packing as in the third example, the shape of the cotton lump may be deformed due to the characteristics of the soft cotton or tow during transportation by a fork truck or the like. In some cases, the avalanche phenomenon occurred because of the scattering, and there was no constraint around the area during recompression, and the treatment could not be performed. The present invention is intended to solve the above conventional problems.

After filling each of them into a dedicated lightweight carrying box, they are transferred to a cotton transfer machine that can be used for both fibers via a transporting device, and the filled cotton-like material is transferred from the carrying box to the main compression box (packing car). )
Reprint. Then, the empty returnable box feeds back (returns) to the original filling place again via another route and receives the next supply. The cotton-like material in the main compression box is subjected to main compression at the main compression position by a method corresponding to the type of cotton-like material at the main compression position, and is automatically packed. Further, by appropriately arranging and replacing a plurality of sets of the returnable boxes, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the filling operation rate during transportation.

Therefore, it is possible to significantly reduce the total equipment cost and running cost. Further, as compared with the second example of the prior art, since the returnable box that is filled with tow or soft cotton and temporarily compressed is circulated and transferred to the main compression box during transportation, the returnable box itself may be lightweight and simple. The equipment cost and basic cost can be reduced. Further, the present invention is compared with the third example of the prior art and is packed in a plurality of sets of returnable boxes, and transferred to a single compression box which can be used for main compression of the tow and soft cotton that have been intermediately processed. Since it is conveyed to the compression device, it is possible to prevent the shape of the cotton lump from being distorted and the occurrence of scattered cotton, as compared with the case where it is transferred via a fork truck or the like.
