Abstract

PURPOSE:To substantially prevent the staining of a cooking surface and to allow the cooking of pan-fried meat to a good taste by forming a film of a composite resin which contains a specific ratio of a fluororesin and contains a polyphenylene sulfide resin as the principal component on the cooking surface. CONSTITUTION:The cooking surface 1 is constituted by forming the film 1b of the composite resin constituting of the polyphenylene sulfide resin incorporated with the fluororesin on the surface of a base material 1a consisting of aluminum die casting. An operating part, etc., are integrated to the body 2. This film 1b is formed by coating the surface of the base material 1a with the coating material of the composite resin consisting of the polyphenylene sulfide resin incorporated with 10 to 50wt.% fluororesin by spraying and heat treating the coating for 30 minutes at 380 deg.C.

Recently, improvements have been made to improve the coating hardness of such surface treatment materials, improve adhesion to cooking surfaces, and improve painting workability with paints that have excellent adhesion to substrates with just one coat and do not require a base coat. Paints made of composite resins in which 20 to 30% by weight of polyphenylene sulfide resin is added to fluororesin have been developed for the purpose of reducing costs and reducing costs.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Conventional fluororesin coatings and composite resins made by adding polyphenylene sulfide resin to fluororesin have excellent non-stick properties and pose no practical problems in terms of usability of heating cookers. . However, when a cooker coated with these paints is used to cook food containing a large amount of water and oil, such as grilled meat, the food lacks deliciousness and the taste is not very desirable.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to clarify the cause of the above-mentioned conventional problems, the inventors of the present invention have developed a heating system using iron plates with no surface treatment at all, and heating surfaces coated with various different surface treatment materials. We investigated the cooking performance and coating performance of cookers.

Function: The surface treatment material whose main component is polyphenylene sulfide resin containing 10 to 50% by weight of the fluororesin of the present invention can be used to prevent baking of the cooking surface. Because of its floating property, it provides the hydrophilic and lipophilic surface properties of polyphenylene sulfide resin while remaining non-adhesive like conventional fluorine coatings, making it more delicious when cooked than with conventional fluorine coatings. will be possible.

Table 1 As is clear from Table 1, regarding the stickiness performance, samples NIL~l! containing polyphenylene resin as the main component and having a fluororesin content of 5% or less had a good sticking performance. No. 12 heating cooker had a problem in cooking due to the large amount of stickiness. However, sample II with a fluororesin content of 10% or more! For the samples with teeth 113 to 9, no sticking was observed and there were no practical problems. On the other hand, regarding cooking performance, the fluororesin content is 5.
Samples NQI to NQ6 of 0% or less were found to taste good in the cooking device.
