前記ゼリーロール電極組立体の最外側には、前記負極シートに活物質層が形成されない無地部が巻取られており、
前記負極シートの無地部には、前記ゼリーロール電極組立体の中心部方向への内面にスウェリングテープが付着しており、
前記スウェリングテープは、1以上の穿孔ホールを含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (15)
- 正極シート、負極シート、および前記正極シートと前記負極シートとの間に介在した分離膜が共に巻取られたゼリーロール電極組立体であって、
前記ゼリーロール電極組立体の最外側には、前記負極シートに活物質層が形成されない無地部が巻取られており、
前記負極シートの無地部には、前記ゼリーロール電極組立体の中心部方向への内面にスウェリングテープが付着しており、
前記スウェリングテープは、1以上の穿孔ホールを含み、
前記スウェリングテープは、前記負極シートの無地部の内面の一部と、前記負極シートの無地部と前記活物質層が形成されている保持部との境界面から前記負極シートの保持部方向に前記負極シートの保持部の一部まで付着している、
ゼリーロール電極組立体。 - 前記スウェリングテープは、前記負極シートの保持部の全体面積の0.25%~10%の範囲で前記負極シートの保持部を覆う、請求項1に記載のゼリーロール電極組立体。
- 前記スウェリングテープは、前記負極シートの無地部の内面の一部にのみ形成されている、請求項1に記載のゼリーロール電極組立体。
- 前記スウェリングテープは、前記負極シートの無地部の内面の全体面積の10%~90%を覆うように形成されている、請求項1に記載のゼリーロール電極組立体。
- 前記スウェリングテープは、単面または両面テープである、請求項1に記載のゼリーロール電極組立体。
- 前記単面または両面テープは、ポリウレタン(PU)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、およびポリイミド(PI)からなる群より選択される1種以上からなる、請求項5に記載のゼリーロール電極組立体。
- 前記スウェリングテープは、ポリオレフィン系基材の単面または両面に粘着層が形成されている構造である、請求項1に記載のゼリーロール電極組立体。
- 前記粘着層は、ポリアクリレート(PA)、ゴム(rubber)、およびスチレン(styrene)からなる群より選択される1種以上の物質を含む、請求項7に記載のゼリーロール電極組立体。
- 正極シート、負極シート、および前記正極シートと前記負極シートとの間に介在した分離膜が共に巻取られたゼリーロール電極組立体であって、
前記ゼリーロール電極組立体の最外側には、前記負極シートに活物質層が形成されない無地部が巻取られており、
前記負極シートの無地部には、前記ゼリーロール電極組立体の中心部方向への内面にスウェリングテープが付着しており、
前記スウェリングテープは、1以上の穿孔ホールを含み、
前記穿孔ホールの直径は、0.1mm~3mmである、ゼリーロール電極組立体。 - 正極シート、負極シート、および前記正極シートと前記負極シートとの間に介在した分離膜が共に巻取られたゼリーロール電極組立体であって、
前記ゼリーロール電極組立体の最外側には、前記負極シートに活物質層が形成されない無地部が巻取られており、
前記負極シートの無地部には、前記ゼリーロール電極組立体の中心部方向への内面にスウェリングテープが付着しており、
前記スウェリングテープは、1以上の穿孔ホールを含み、
前記スウェリングテープは、2以上の穿孔ホールを含み、それぞれの穿孔ホールの間隔は、1mm~10mmである、ゼリーロール電極組立体。 - 前記穿孔ホールは、前記スウェリングテープの全体面積を基準として10%~60%の面積を有するように形成されている、請求項1に記載のゼリーロール電極組立体。
- 前記穿孔ホールは、前記スウェリングテープにおいて前記ゼリーロール電極組立体の巻取方向と垂直な方向に巻取内側に一列に形成されている、請求項1に記載のゼリーロール電極組立体。
- 前記穿孔ホールは、前記ゼリーロール電極組立体の巻取方向と水平な方向に両端で一列に形成されている、請求項1に記載のゼリーロール電極組立体。
- 前記穿孔ホールは、前記スウェリングテープの中央部に形成されている、請求項1に記載のゼリーロール電極組立体。
- 請求項1、9又は10に記載のゼリーロール電極組立体を含む二次電池。
