Description
Claims (15)
- 患者の眼に液体を送達する装置であって、
a)前記液体を貯蔵すべく構成された貯液槽と、
b)前記貯液槽と液体連通する液体分注器であって逆止め弁及びアクチュエータを含む液体分注器とを含み、
c)前記逆止め弁が、液体を分注することができるアパーチャ、及び前記アパーチャと係合して前記逆止め弁の常閉構成を実現するピン部材を含み、
d)前記アクチュエータが、液体分注器に機械的刺激を加えて前記液体を振動させるべく構成されていて、
e)前記液体の振動が前記アパーチャを弾性変形させて前記逆止め弁を開けることにより、前記アパーチャを介して液体を放出する装置。 - 前記アクチュエータが前記振動モーターの回転軸に対して機械的偏心荷重を有する振動モーターを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記液体分注器が可撓部材により支持されているため、前記振動モーターの動作が前記液体分注器を振動させることにより前記液体を振動させる、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記可撓部材のバネ定数が0.05N/mm~0.5N/mmの範囲にある、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記アパーチャが、0.5GPa~2GPaの範囲のヤング弾性率を有するアパーチャプレートに形成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ピン部材の機械的硬度がアパーチャプレートの機械的硬度よりも高い、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記アパーチャが、前記アパーチャの入口よりも前記アパーチャの出口が狭くなるように先細である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ピン部材が前記液体分注器に対して静止している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ピン部材の先端が前記アパーチャに係合し、前記ピン部材の先端が球状である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ピン部材の先端が部分的又は完全に抗菌コーティングにより覆われている、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記抗菌コーティングが、前記逆止め弁の常閉構成では前記液体分注器の外側にある前記ピン部材の先端の少なくとも一部を覆う、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記ピン部材を前記逆止め弁の常閉構成において前記アパーチャに係合させるプリロード力が0.01N~0.05Nの間にある、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記貯液槽が通気口を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記通気口が、前記貯液槽に流入する空気が無菌であることを保証すべく構成されたフィルタを含んでいる、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が患者の眼に液体を適切に送達すべく位置調整されている場合に、患者の眼の合焦画像を患者に提示すべく構成された凹面鏡を更に含んでいる、請求項1に記載の装置。
