Claims (7)
- 発電素子と、第1のスイッチ素子と、電圧制御回路と、第1の蓄電容量と、センサ回路と、負荷と、を備え、
前記発電素子は、前記第1のスイッチ素子を介して前記第1の蓄電容量に接続され、
前記センサ回路の電源端子は、前記第1のスイッチ素子の入力端子に接続され、
前記電圧制御回路は、前記第1のスイッチ素子の入力端子の電圧が入力され、前記第1のスイッチ素子を経由する電流を制御し、
前記負荷は、前記第1の蓄電容量と、前記センサ回路と、に接続されるバッテリレスセンサ回路。 - 第2の蓄電容量と、電圧検出回路と、を更に備え、
前記第2の蓄電容量は、前記センサ回路に接続され、
前記電圧検出回路は、前記第2の蓄電容量の蓄電電圧が入力され、前記負荷を制御する請求項1記載のバッテリレスセンサ回路。 - 前記第2の蓄電容量の容量値は、前記第1の蓄電容量が発電素子の出力によって第1の所定電圧まで充電される時間より、前記第2の蓄電容量がセンサ回路の出力によって第2の所定電圧まで充電される時間が長くなる容量値に設定された請求項2記載のバッテリレスセンサ回路。
- 前記電圧検出回路は、前記第1のスイッチ素子の入力電力で駆動される請求項2記載のバッテリレスセンサ回路。
- 前記電圧検出回路の出力信号を所定時間遅延させ出力する遅延回路と、前記遅延回路から出力される信号で制御される第2のスイッチ素子と、を更に備え、前記第2のスイッチ素子で、前記第2の蓄電容量を放電する請求項2記載のバッテリレスセンサ回路。
- 前記発電素子と前記第1のスイッチ素子の間に第1の昇圧回路を、更に備える請求項1記載のバッテリレスセンサ回路。
- 前記負荷は、前記第1の蓄電容量と接続される第2の昇圧回路を、更に備える請求項1記載のバッテリレスセンサ回路。
