- 末梢神経を経皮的に刺激するシステムであって、
1つ以上の振戦特性を検出して記録するように構成された1つ以上のウェアラブルセンサと、
処理部と、前記処理部によって実行されると、前記処理部に前記1つ以上の振戦特性を分析させる命令を格納するメモリと、
患者の手首の第1の位置の皮膚上に配置されて第1の末梢神経を刺激するように構成された第1の末梢神経効果器と、
前記患者の前記手首の第2の位置の皮膚上に配置されて第2の末梢神経を刺激するように構成された第2の末梢神経効果器と、を備え、
前記メモリは、前記処理部によって実行されると、
前記1つ以上の振戦特性の前記分析に基づいて最適化された刺激パラメータを用いて前記第1の末梢神経効果器を介して前記第1の末梢神経に第1の刺激を送達することであって、前記第1の刺激は電気刺激又は振動刺激を含む、当該送達することと、

- 末梢神経を経皮的に刺激するシステムであって、
患者の1つ以上の振戦特性を示す信号を検出して記録するように構成された1つ以上のセンサと、
処理部と、前記処理部によって実行されると、前記処理部に前記患者の前記1つ以上の振戦特性を示す信号を分析させて前記振戦の位相を計算させる命令を格納するメモリと、
前記患者の手首の皮膚上に配置されて第1の末梢神経を刺激するように構成された第1の末梢神経効果器と、
前記患者の前記手首の皮膚上に配置されて、前記第1の末梢神経とは異なる第2の末梢神経を刺激するように構成された第2の末梢神経効果器と、を備え、
前記メモリは、前記処理部によって実行されると、
前記第1の末梢神経効果器を介して前記第1の末梢神経に第1の電気刺激又は振動刺激を送達することと、
前記第2の末梢神経効果器を介して前記第2の末梢神経に第2の電気刺激又は振動刺激を送達することであって、少なくとも前記第1の電気刺激若しくは振動刺激、又は前記第2の電気刺激若しくは振動刺激は、前記計算された前記振戦の位相から位相がオフセットされている、当該送達することと、
を前記システムに実行させる命令をさらに格納する、
システム。 - 前記第1の末梢神経は、正中神経である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の末梢神経は、橈骨神経である、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の末梢神経は、尺骨神経である、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つ以上のセンサは、1つ以上の加速度計、ジャイロスコープ、又は磁力計を含む、請求項1から4又は7から10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の電気刺激又は振動刺激及び前記第2の電気刺激又は振動刺激は、50Hzから300Hzの周波数を含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の電気刺激又は振動刺激及び前記第2の電気刺激又は振動刺激は、10Hzから5000Hzの周波数を含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の末梢神経効果器及び前記第2の末梢神経効果器は、それぞれモータを含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の末梢神経効果器及び前記第2の末梢神経効果器は、それぞれ振動触覚部を含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の末梢神経効果器及び前記第2の末梢神経効果器は、1つ以上の電極を含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の電気刺激又は振動刺激は電気刺激を含み、前記第2の電気刺激又は振動刺激は電気刺激を含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の電気刺激又は振動刺激及び前記第2の電気刺激又は振動刺激は、電気バースト刺激を含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の電気刺激又は振動刺激は振動刺激を含み、前記第2の電気刺激又は振動刺激は振動刺激を含む、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つ以上の振戦特性は、前記患者の手首の動きと相関する、請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の末梢神経及び前記第2の末梢神経は、求心性末梢神経である、請求項1から20のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 末梢神経を経皮的に刺激するシステムであって、
1つ以上の振戦特性を検出して記録するように構成された1つ以上のウェアラブルセンサと、
処理部と、前記処理部によって実行されると、前記処理部に前記1つ以上の振戦特性を分析させる命令を格納するメモリと、
患者の手首の第1の位置の皮膚上に配置されて第1の末梢神経を刺激するように構成された第1の末梢神経効果器と、
前記患者の前記手首の第2の位置の皮膚上に配置されて第2の末梢神経を刺激するように構成された第2の末梢神経効果器と、を備え、
前記メモリは、前記処理部によって実行されると、
前記1つ以上の振戦特性の前記分析に基づいて最適化された刺激パラメータを用いて前記第1の末梢神経効果器を介して前記第1の末梢神経に第1の刺激を送達することであって、前記第1の刺激は振動刺激を含む、当該送達することと、
前記1つ以上の振戦特性の分析に基づいて最適化された刺激パラメータを用いて前記第2の末梢神経効果器を介して前記第2の末梢神経に第2の刺激を送達することであって、前記第2の刺激は振動刺激を含み、前記第1の刺激及び前記第2の刺激の送達は、前記患者の前記振戦の振幅の低減を引き起こす、当該送達することと、
を前記システムに実行させる命令をさらに格納する、
システム。 - 前記1つ以上のセンサは、1つ以上の加速度計、ジャイロスコープ、又は磁力計を含む、請求項22に記載のシステム。

- 前記第1の末梢神経は正中神経であり、前記第2の末梢神経は橈骨神経である、請求項27に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の末梢神経は正中神経であり、前記第2の末梢神経は尺骨神経である、請求項27に記載のシステム。
- 末梢神経を経皮的に刺激するシステムであって、
処理部と、前記処理部によって実行されると前記処理部に患者の振戦の1つ以上の特性を解析させて前記振戦の周期の分数を計算させる命令を格納するメモリと、
前記患者の皮膚上に配置されて第1の求心性末梢神経を刺激するように構成された第1の末梢神経効果器と、
前記患者の皮膚上に配置されて第2の求心性末梢神経を刺激するように構成された第2の末梢神経効果器と、
前記メモリは、前記処理部によって実行されると、
前記第1の末梢神経効果器を介して前記第1の求心性末梢神経に第1の電気刺激を送達することと、
前記計算された前記振戦の前記周期の分数だけ前記第1の電気刺激からオフセットされた前記第2の末梢神経効果器を介して前記第2の求心性末梢神経に第2の電気刺激を送達することと、
を前記システムに実行させる命令をさらに格納する、
システム。
