Claims (5)
- 素地鋼板;及び
前記素地鋼板の表面に形成され、重量%で、Si:5.0~15.0%、Zn:10.0~30.0%、Fe:4.0~12.0%、残りは、Al及び不可避な不純物を含むメッキ層;を含み、
前記メッキ層は、シリコン濃度が60%以上であり、亜鉛濃度が20%未満であり、長軸の長さが1μm以上であるシリコン結晶を含むことを特徴とする、熱間プレス成形用メッキ鋼板。 - 前記素地鋼板は、重量%で、C:0.1~0.4%、Mn:0.5~3.0%、Si:0.1~0.8%、B:0.01%以下(0は除外)、Ti:0.1%以下(0は除外)、残りは、Fe及びその他不可避な不純物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱間プレス成形用メッキ鋼板。
- 前記素地鋼板の表面に付着するメッキ層の付着量は、40~120g/m2であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱間プレス成形用メッキ鋼板。
- 前記メッキ層の厚さは、5~40μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱間プレス成形用メッキ鋼板。
- 前記素地鋼板と前記メッキ層の間に形成され、
重量%で、Al:30.0~60.0%、Si:5.0~20.0%を含むAl-Fe系界面合金層が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱間プレス成形用メッキ鋼板。
