Claims (18)
- 流体の流れを制御するためのバルブであって、
前記バルブは、
入口および出口を備える筐体と、
前記入口から前記出口へ流れる一次流体経路と、
前記一次流体経路と同じ方向に前記入口から前記出口へ流れる二次流体経路と、
前記筐体の内部内で、前記一次流体経路に近接して配置された隔壁であって、前記内部内の第1の流体圧力での第1の構成と、前記内部内の第2の流体圧力での第2の構成とを含む、前記隔壁と、
を備え、
前記一次流体経路は、前記隔壁が前記第1の構成にあるときには遮られず、前記隔壁が前記第2の構成にあるときには遮られ、前記二次流体経路は、第2の構成にあるときには前記隔壁によって遮られず、
前記二次流体経路は、前記隔壁または前記筐体の少なくとも一方に画定された第1の開口部を含む、バルブ。 - 前記隔壁は、前記隔壁が前記第1の構成から前記第2の構成に切り替わる流体圧力閾値をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第1の構成が開放構成であり、前記第1の流体圧力が前記流体圧力閾値以下であり、前記第2の構成が閉鎖構成であり、前記第2の流体圧力が前記流体圧力閾値よりも大きい、請求項2に記載のバルブ。
- 前記流体圧力閾値が流体真空圧力閾値であり、前記第1の流体圧力が第1の流体真空圧力であり、前記第2の流体圧力が第2の流体真空圧力である、請求項2に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第1の構成が開放構成であり、前記第1の流体真空圧力が前記隔壁の前記流体真空圧力閾値以下であり、前記第2の構成が閉鎖構成であり、前記第2の流体真空圧力が前記流体真空圧力閾値よりも大きい、請求項4に記載のバルブ。
- 前記隔壁は、第2の開口部を含み、前記第1の構成では、前記第2の開口部は開放され、前記第2の構成では、前記第2の開口部は閉鎖される、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第2の開口部が、前記一次流体経路の一部を備える、請求項6に記載のバルブ。
- 前記隔壁は、第2の開口部を含み、前記第2の開口部は、前記第1の構成において第1の幅に開放され、前記第2の構成において第2の幅に縮小される、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第2の幅が、前記第2の開口部を通る流体流量を減少させる、請求項8に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第2の幅が、前記第2の開口部を通る流体の流れを防止する、請求項8に記載のバルブ。
- 前記隔壁と前記筐体の内面との間の接触が、前記一次流体経路を遮断する、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記隔壁の対向する表面間の接触が、前記一次流体経路を遮断する、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記二次流体経路が、前記第1の構成における前記隔壁によって遮断されない、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記隔壁が前記二次流体経路を備える、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記隔壁が、前記一次流体経路および前記二次流体経路を備える、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記一次流体経路は、前記二次流体経路の二次流量容量よりも大きい一次流量容量を備える、請求項15に記載のバルブ。
- 前記隔壁が、前記内部内に固定的に配置される、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記隔壁は、前記内部内に移動可能に配置される、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
