Description
Claims (20)
- 支持部材に連結されており、第1の層及び第2の層を有しているカンチレバー式の検知要素であって、前記第1の層及び前記第2の層は、夫々の長さの少なくとも一部に沿って前記第1の層と前記第2の層との間に間隙を画定しており、前記支持部材に対する前記第1の層の第1の遠位端部が、前記支持部材に対する前記第2の層の第2の遠位端部に連結されており、前記第1の層及び前記第2の層は異なる膨張係数を有し、前記検知要素の前記第1の遠位端部及び前記第2の遠位端部は、温度イベントにさらされると第1の位置から第2の位置に移動するように構成されている前記検知要素、及び
前記検知要素の前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置への移動に応じて第1の状態から第2の状態に変化するように構成されている検出回路であって、前記第2の状態への変化に応じて前記第1の状態に戻ることを防止されている前記検出回路
を有するマイクロセンサと、
前記検出回路に連結されており、前記検知要素が前記第2の位置にあることを示す値を出力するように構成されている無線周波数識別(RFID)モジュールと、
前記マイクロセンサから起動要素が外されるまで前記検知要素を前記第1の位置に維持するように構成されている前記起動要素と
を備えている、温度インジケータ。 - 前記マイクロセンサは、前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に移動する前記検知要素との接触に応じて第1の方向に移動可能な係止要素を更に有している、請求項1に記載の温度インジケータ。
- 前記マイクロセンサは、前記検知要素が前記第2の位置に移動した後に前記第1の位置に戻ることを防止するように構成されている係止要素を更に有している、請求項1に記載の温度インジケータ。
- 前記マイクロセンサはウエハ基板上に形成されている、請求項1に記載の温度インジケータ。
- 前記マイクロセンサは、液晶表示(LCD) パネル基板上に形成されている、請求項1に記載の温度インジケータ。
- 前記マイクロセンサはロールツーロール(R2R) 基板上に形成されている、請求項1に記載の温度インジケータ。
- 前記起動要素は、
前記検知要素の直近に配置されている部分、及び
加えられる力を受けて、前記部分を前記検知要素の直近から変位させるように配置されている端部
を有している、請求項1に記載の温度インジケータ。 - 温度インジケータであって、
前記温度インジケータの作動状態を通信するように構成されているインレイを有する基板と、
温度イベントを検出するために前記インレイと通信可能に連結されており、検知要素を有するマイクロセンサであって、前記作動状態を検出するように構成されている不可逆的な検出回路を有している前記マイクロセンサと、
前記温度インジケータから外されるまで前記マイクロセンサを非反応状態に維持するように構成されている起動要素と
を備えており、
前記検知要素は、前記非反応状態で前記起動要素に対して移動可能である、温度インジケータ。 - 前記起動要素は、阻止体に連結されている保持要素を有しており、前記保持要素が前記温度インジケータから外されると、前記阻止体を前記マイクロセンサから外す、請求項8に記載の温度インジケータ。
- 前記阻止体は前記保持要素に接着連結されている、請求項9に記載の温度インジケータ。
- 前記起動要素は、前記マイクロセンサの前記検知要素の動きを制限するように構成されている阻止体を有している、請求項8に記載の温度インジケータ。
- 前記マイクロセンサはウエハ基板上に形成されている、請求項8に記載の温度インジケータ。
- 温度インジケータであって、
移動可能な検知要素を有し、温度イベントを受けると起動するように構成されているマイクロセンサであって、前記マイクロセンサの起動に応じて第1の状態から第2の状態に変化するように構成されて前記起動に応じて前記第1の状態に戻ることが防止されている検出回路を有している前記マイクロセンサと、
前記検出回路に連結されており、前記マイクロセンサが作動したことを示す値を出力するように構成されている無線周波数識別(RFID)モジュールと、
前記マイクロセンサから外されるまで前記マイクロセンサを非反応状態に維持するように構成されている起動要素と、
前記検知要素によって係止体に加えられる力に応じて移動可能な前記係止体であって、前記検知要素が、前記マイクロセンサの前記非反応状態に対応する位置に戻ることを防止するように構成されている前記係止体と
を備えている、温度インジケータ。 - 前記マイクロセンサはウエハ基板上に形成されている、請求項13に記載の温度インジケータ。
- 前記マイクロセンサは、液晶表示(LCD) パネル基板上に形成されている、請求項13に記載の温度インジケータ。
- 前記起動要素は、前記マイクロセンサの検知要素の動きを制限するように構成されている阻止体を有している、請求項13に記載の温度インジケータ。
- 前記起動要素は、阻止体に連結されている保持要素を有しており、前記保持要素が前記温度インジケータから外されると、前記阻止体を前記マイクロセンサから外す、請求項13に記載の温度インジケータ。
- 前記マイクロセンサはバイモルフ型カンチレバー構造を有している、請求項13に記載の温度インジケータ。
- 前記マイクロセンサは、前記マイクロセンサが起動後に前記非反応状態に戻ることを防止するように構成されている係止要素を有している、請求項13に記載の温度インジケータ。
- 前記検出回路は前記バイモルフ型カンチレバー構造上に形成されている、請求項18に記載の温度インジケータ。
