実施形態に係るアモルファス合金軟磁性粉末は、軟磁性を示すアモルファス合金粉末である。かかるアモルファス合金軟磁性粉末は、軟磁性を利用したいかなる用途にも適用可能であるが、例えば、粒子同士を結着させて成形することにより、圧粉磁心を得ることができる。
Fe(鉄)は、実施形態に係るアモルファス合金軟磁性粉末の基本的な磁気特性や機械的特性に大きな影響を与える。
また、X線回折装置としては、例えば株式会社リガク製のRINT2500V/PCが用いられる。
次に、アモルファス合金軟磁性粉末を製造する方法について説明する。
溶融金属25は、アモルファス合金軟磁性粉末の組成に応じて調製されている。

3.1.トロイダルタイプ
まず、実施形態に係る磁性素子であるトロイダルタイプのコイル部品について説明する。
次に、実施形態に係る磁性素子である閉磁路タイプのコイル部品について説明する。
図3は、閉磁路タイプのコイル部品を模式的に示す透過斜視図である。
次いで、実施形態に係る磁性素子を備える電子機器について、図4~図6に基づいて説明する。
5.圧粉磁心の製造
(サンプルNo.1)
まず、原料を高周波誘導炉で溶融するとともに、回転水流アトマイズ法により粉末化してアモルファス合金軟磁性粉末を得た。この際、坩堝から流下させる溶融金属の流下量を10.0[kg/分]、ガスジェットの圧力を10.0MPa、ガスジェットの流量を10.0[Nm3/分]、冷却液の圧力を40MPaとした。
・成形方法 :プレス成形
・成形体の形状:リング状
・成形体の寸法:外径14mm、内径8mm、厚さ3mm
・成形圧力 :3t/cm2(294MPa)
アモルファス合金軟磁性粉末として表1に示すものをそれぞれ用いるようにした以外は、サンプルNo.1と同様にして圧粉磁心を得た。
アモルファス合金軟磁性粉末として表2に示すものをそれぞれ用いるようにした以外は、サンプルNo.1と同様にして圧粉磁心を得た。
回転水流アトマイズ法に代えて水アトマイズ法を用いるようにした以外は、サンプルNo.1と同様にしてアモルファス合金軟磁性粉末を製造するとともに、圧粉磁心を得た。なお、水アトマイズ法による冷却速度は、表2に示すとおりである。
アモルファス合金軟磁性粉末として表2に示すものを用いるようにした以外は、サンプルNo.30と同様にして圧粉磁心を得た。
6.1.アモルファス合金軟磁性粉末の粉末特性
各実施例および各比較例で得られたアモルファス合金軟磁性粉末について、見かけ密度ADおよびタップ密度TDを測定した。また、見かけ密度ADを100としたときのタップ密度TDの相対値、すなわち見かけ密度に対するタップ密度の比を算出した。測定結果および算出結果を表3および表4に示す。
各実施例および各比較例で得られたアモルファス合金軟磁性粉末について、それぞれの保磁力を以下の測定装置を用いて測定した。測定結果を表3および表4に示す。
各実施例および各比較例で得られたアモルファス合金軟磁性粉末について、それぞれの飽和磁束密度を以下のようにして測定した。
Bs=4π/10000×ρ×Mm
各実施例および各比較例で得られた圧粉磁心について、それぞれの透磁率を以下の測定条件に基づいて測定した。測定結果を表3および表4に示す。
・測定装置 :インピーダンスアナライザー、アジレント・テクノロジー株式会社製 4194A
・測定周波数 :100kHz
・巻線の巻き数:7回
・巻線の線径 :0.8mm

- (FexCo(1-x))(100-(a+b))(SiyB(1-y))aMb
[ただし、Mは、C、S、P、Sn、Mo、CuおよびNbからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種であり、
x、y、aおよびbは、
0.73≦x≦0.85、
0.02≦y≦0.10、
13.0≦a≦19.0、
0≦b≦2.0である。]
で表される組成を有し、
結晶化度が70%以下であり、
保磁力が、40[A/m]以上(0.5[Oe]以上)175[A/m]以下(2.2[Oe]以下)であり、
飽和磁束密度が、1.60[T]以上2.20[T]以下であることを特徴とするアモルファス合金軟磁性粉末。 - 測定周波数100kHzにおける透磁率が20.0以上である請求項1に記載のアモルファス合金軟磁性粉末。
- 見かけ密度[g/cm3]を100としたとき、タップ密度[g/cm3]は103以上120以下である請求項1または2に記載のアモルファス合金軟磁性粉末。
- 平均粒径が5.0μm以上60.0μm以下である請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のアモルファス合金軟磁性粉末。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のアモルファス合金軟磁性粉末を含むことを特徴とする圧粉磁心。
- 請求項5に記載の圧粉磁心を備えることを特徴とする磁性素子。
- 請求項6に記載の磁性素子を備えることを特徴とする電子機器。
