Description
Claims (10)
- 患者から除去すべき物質を識別するためのシステムであって、
画像データを得るように構成された撮像デバイスと、
画像を表示するように構成されたディスプレイと、
内腔を含む送出シャフトを有する挿入デバイスと、
制御ユニットと、を含み、
前記制御ユニットは、第1の画像データセットを前記撮像デバイスから受信し、前記第1の画像データセットを、暗度、コントラスト、又は飽和度のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて分析し、患者から除去すべき物質を識別する第1のコード化画像を生成し、第1のコード化画像を前記ディスプレイに表示するように構成され、
前記制御ユニットによって生成された第1のコード化画像は、(1)患者から除去すべき物質を、前記挿入デバイスの送出シャフトの内腔を貫通するように延びる回収デバイスを用いて患者から除去できるか、(2)前記物質の寸法を減少させなければ、前記挿入デバイスの送出シャフトの内腔を貫通するように延びる回収デバイスを用いて、前記物質を患者から除去することができないかを指示する、システム。 - 更に、患者から除去すべき物質の少なくとも一部分を除去するために、前記送出シャフトの内腔の中を送出されるように構成された回収デバイスを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記挿入デバイスの送出シャフトは、撓み可能であり、前記送出シャフトの遠位端部は、光源を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記挿入デバイスは、前記送出シャフトの遠位端部に位置決めされた少なくとも1つのカメラを含み、
前記ディスプレイは、第1のスクリーンと、第2のスクリーンを含み、
前記少なくとも1つのカメラは、前記カメラからの画像を前記ディスプレイの第2のスクリーンに表示するように前記ディスプレイに接続され、前記第2のスクリーンは、前記第1のスクリーンに隣接する、請求項3に記載のシステム。 - 前記制御ユニットは、第2の画像データセットを前記撮像デバイスから受信し、前記第2の画像データセットを、暗度、コントラスト、又は飽和度のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて分析し、患者から除去すべき物質を識別する第2のコード化画像を生成し、第2のコード化画像を前記ディスプレイに表示するように構成され、
第2のコード化画像は、患者から除去すべき物質を、前記挿入デバイスの送出シャフトの内腔を貫通するように延びる回収デバイスを用いて患者から除去できるか否かを指示する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記撮像デバイスは、回転可能なC字形アーム付きのX線機械であり、前記X線機械は、患者の両側に位置決めされるように構成されたX線管とX線検出器を含み、
前記制御ユニットは、前記挿入デバイスのハンドル内に一体的に組込まれる、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記ディスプレイは、少なくとも2つのスクリーンを含み、
第1のスクリーンは、第1のコード化画像を表示し、第2のスクリーンは、前記カメラからの画像を表示する、請求項4に記載のシステム。 - 得られた前記画像データは、グレースケール又はモノトーンであり、
第1のコード化画像は、患者から除去すべき物質を、除去すべき物質がない領域に対して、異なる色、パターン、又は形状で識別する、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 第1のコード化画像において患者から除去すべき物質を識別することは、更に、サイズ、密度、及び場所のうちの少なくとも1つに基づく、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 第1のコード化画像は、患者の臓器に対する患者から除去すべき物質の場所を指示する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
