上記特許文献1~3には、腰用ベルトを着けたままで腰を強く締め付けるために、腰用ベルトの他に更に強く締め付けるための2番目の締め付けベルトを備えている。
しかしながら、身体の姿勢の矯正には、一般に腰ベルトなどの締め付けよりも強い力が必要になることが多く、特にその締め付け方向を異ならせる方向に作用させるためには(例えば1番目のベルトの締め付け方向とは逆方向への力を働かせるには)、その方向に相当に強い力が必要になるが、上記特許文献1~3は、このような強い力を発揮させることができるものではなかった。以下、骨盤矯正を例にこれを説明する。
骨盤矯正としては、骨盤を押したり引いたりするだけのものから、腰辺りを捻るような矯正方法や、骨盤に直接刺激するものではなく、骨盤を構成する仙腸関節という部分を取り巻くように存在する関節包にアプローチして、仙腸関節からでる痛みの原因を取り除くものや、仙腸関節に対して剪断力(縦方向の力)を加えるものなどが知られている。なお、骨盤は、腸骨・坐骨・恥骨と呼ばれる三つの骨が合わさって寛骨(かんこつ)という骨をつくっており(図11参照)、それと仙骨(せんこつ)という骨が存在するところ、寛骨と仙骨を合わせて骨盤と呼ばれている。
しかしながら、上記いずれも、腰部の締め付けに使用されるもので、姿勢の矯正(背筋を伸ばす)には十分なものではなく、締め付け方向も一方方向のみであるか、締め付け方向とは異なる方向(例えば逆方向に)強い矯正のための力を作用させることはできなかった。
なお、上記特許文献1と2は、本願発明とは、外側引っ張り部材の引っ張る締め付け方向が逆であり、上記特許文献3は、基本ベルト1と調節ベルト2の締め付け方向が同じである。

また、本願出願人は、平成31年3月29日付け特許出願(出願番号:特願2019-67919)において、身体から突出するように位置する骨の箇所に位置合わせして、強く身体矯正に必要な力を発揮させて、帯状ベルトの締め付けとは異なる方向に引っ張るときにも大きな力が得られるようにして、骨盤矯正等の姿勢の矯正が可能な矯正用締め付けベルト及びその締め付け方法を提供する。この出願に係る発明は、通常の腰痛ベルトに比べて強い力で骨盤矯正が行えるものである。
しかしながら、骨盤矯正のための強い力を、その操作を工夫することで、通常の腰痛ベルトと同じような容易な操作で強く骨盤矯正が行えることが理想的である。
そこで本願発明の目的は、上記特許出願に示した内容を骨盤矯正に絞り、さらに発展させたものであり、左右の上前腸骨棘に位置合わせして、骨盤矯正に必要な強い力を発揮させるための構成を備えるとともに、人間工学に基づき、装着時、矯正に必要な力を容易に得られる矯正用サポータ及びその装着方法を提供する。

さらに当該帯状ベルト2には、背骨に接することが想定される部分に、腰当部材R1と補強部材R1,R2を備えるとともに、骨盤周辺に巻き付けて固定するため、その両端部に雌雄の面ファスナBf、Bmによる係止手段を備えている。腰当部材R1は、合成樹脂製や皮革製で、通気孔が形成されている。補強部材R1,R2は、皮革製品であり、その表面で一対の引っ張り調節バンド4が滑走し易くしている。
なお、前記腰当部材R1を備えるために、腰痛予防のベルトとしても、その適切な締め付け力が得られる。

また、上述の略三日月形状の凸部Saは、帯状ベルト2の近接する端部側E、E‘に向けられている(符号E,E‘は、帯状ベルト2の引っ張り方向)。
使用される素材にはEVAやポリウレタンなど帯状ベルト2の締め付け力に対して、座屈せず潰れない程度の適宜の曲げ硬さと厚み及び弾力性のある素材が適している。
この形状により、骨係止パッド3が上前腸骨棘Taに引っ掛かりやすく、加えて突起(凸部)Saが所定間隔で複数並んでいることにより、多少位置がずれていても、いずれかの突起(凸部)Saに上前腸骨棘Taが引っ掛かるため、装着のやり直しが不要で、装着位置の微調整も可能となる。
図4に示す本実施形態の骨係止パッド3は、パッド本体3aと、帯状ベルト2に固定するための布製袋3bにより構成されており、この布製袋にパッド本体3aが入れられて縫合されている。なお、布製袋3を使用せず、パッド本体3aのみを帯状ベルト2に固定する形態でもよい。パッド本体は、ゴム製であり、略三日月状で、上前腸骨棘Taに骨係止パッド3を位置合わせ(引っ掛けること)が行い易くしている。そして、前記一対の引っ張り調節バンド4は、その基端が前記布製袋3bに縫合されて、他方端部は、手で引っ張るための把持部4hになっている。すなわち、前記一対の引っ張り調節バンド4は、その基端が前記布製袋3bに縫合されて、長さの長い三角形状の部材となり、先端側では二辺が重ね合わされて、面ファスナとして、帯状バンド2と接合する(図9)。
上記三日月状のパッド本体3aとしては、複数の凸部(突起)3a1~3a3が連続するようにして、いずれかの凸部(突起)3a1~3a3で上前腸骨棘Taに掛止できるようにしている(図12(a))。上記三日月状のパッド本体3aの複数の凸部(突起)3a1~3a3は、順に高さが異なるようにして、徐々に上前腸骨棘Taに掛止できる確率が高くなるようにしても良い(図12(b))。布製袋3bの一部は、接着剤3sにより接着されて、上記三日月形状が連続するようにして、上前腸骨棘Taに掛止し易くしている。

The bone anchoring pad 3 of this embodiment shown in Fig. 4 is composed of a pad main body 3a and a cloth bag 3b for fixing to the belt 2, and the pad main body 3a is inserted into the cloth bag and sewn. It is also possible to fix only the pad main body 3a to the belt 2 without using the cloth bag 3. The pad main body is made of rubber and has a roughly crescent shape, making it easy to align (hook) the bone anchoring pad 3 to the anterior superior iliac spine Ta. The pair of tension adjustment bands 4 have their base ends sewn to the cloth bag 3b, and the other end is a grip part 4h for pulling by hand. That is, the pair of tension adjustment bands 4 have their base ends sewn to the cloth bag 3b to form a long triangular member, and at the tip side, two sides are overlapped and joined to the belt 2 as a hook-and-loop fastener (Fig. 9).
The crescent-shaped pad body 3a has a plurality of convex portions (projections) 3a1 to 3a3 that are continuous, so that any of the convex portions (projections) 3a1 to 3a3 can be hooked onto the anterior superior iliac spine Ta (FIG. 12(a)). The plurality of convex portions (projections) 3a1 to 3a3 of the crescent-shaped pad body 3a may have different heights in order to gradually increase the probability of hooking onto the anterior superior iliac spine Ta (FIG. 12(b)). A part of the cloth bag 3b is bonded with an adhesive 3s to make the crescent shape continuous, making it easier to hook onto the anterior superior iliac spine Ta.

また、引っ張り調節バンド4の把持部4hの帯状ベルト2側の面には、雄の面ファスナが配され、固定部4sの表面側には雌の面ファスナが配されており、帯状ベルト2の表面側に配されている雌の面ファスナBfとともに前記引っ張り調節バンド4を所望する位置に係止することができる。帯状ベルト2に配された面ファスナBfと、引っ張り調節バンドを構成する固定部4sの表面側に配された面ファスナにより、把持部4hをより強固で安定した係止が可能となる。
ここで、本実施の形態の一対の引っ張り調節バンド4は、各々Y字型を呈しているが(図5参照)、後述するV字型に形成することも可能である(図9)。

Furthermore, a male hook-and-loop fastener is provided on the surface of the gripping portion 4h of the tension adjustment band 4 facing the belt 2, and a female hook-and-loop fastener is provided on the front side of the fixing portion 4s, so that the tension adjustment band 4 can be fastened at a desired position together with the female hook-and-loop fastener Bf provided on the front side of the belt 2. The hook-and-loop fastener Bf provided on the belt 2 and the hook-and-loop fastener provided on the front side of the fixing portion 4s constituting the tension adjustment band allow the gripping portion 4h to be fastened more firmly and stably.
Here, the pair of tension adjustment bands 4 in this embodiment each have a Y-shape (see FIG. 5), but they can also be formed into a V-shape (see FIG. 9), which will be described later.
(装着方法)
上述の構成により、本実施形態の骨盤矯正用サポータ100は、まず、装着者が一対の骨係止パッド3を左右の上前腸骨棘Taに引っ掛けるように位置合わせしながら、帯状ベルト2を骨盤周囲に巻き回し、面ファスナBf、Bmにより係止する。
次に、一対の引っ張り調節バンド4の把持部4hを身体の背面側から正面側へ引っ張ることで、一対の骨係止パッド3は引っ張る方向と相対する背面側に付勢され、左右の上前腸骨棘Taを背面側に矯正する力を発揮する(図6)。符号F,F‘は、一対の引っ張り調節バンド4の引っ張り方向を示す。
以上のように、前記一対の引っ張り調節バンド4は、背中側(背面側)で交差させて引っ張る構成であり、その一方端部が前記骨係止パッド3の位置に対応した帯状ベルト2に縫合され、他方の端部が手で把持して操作する把持部4h,5hとするので、前記把持部4h,5hを引っ張り、前記骨係止パッド3の位置をお腹側で調節することができる(図9)。すなわち、前記一対の引っ張り調節バンド4は、左右一対のものを重ねわせて一つの状態にして、その中央の把持部4hで互いの端部位置の中央に引き出し可能な構成されている。
ここで、本願出願人が先に提出した特願2019-67919号は、図11に示ように、身体に巻回される帯状ベルト2と、帯状ベルト2の外側に配される外側引っ張り部材4とを備え、身体から突出するように位置する骨Tの箇所に帯状ベルト2を身体に締め付けた後、外側引っ張り部材4を帯状ベルト2の外側から前記骨Tの位置に引っ掛けるように装着させて外側引っ張り部材4を引っ張る構造であり(引っ張り方向F)、所定長さ引っ張ってから帯状ベルト2に係止する矯正用締め付けベルト1である。今回の発明とは、外側引っ張り部材4の引っ張る方向Fが逆であり、引っ張る長さも短いものである。

As described above, the pair of tension adjustment bands 4 are crossed on the back side (back side) and pulled, one end of which is sewn to the belt 2 corresponding to the position of the bone anchoring pad 3, and the other end is made into the gripping parts 4h, 5h that are grasped and operated by hand, so that the gripping parts 4h, 5h can be pulled to adjust the position of the bone anchoring pad 3 on the stomach side (FIG. 9). That is, the pair of tension adjustment bands 4 are configured such that the left and right pairs are overlapped to form one state, and the central gripping part 4h can be used to pull them out to the center of the end positions of each other.
Here, Japanese Patent Application No. 2019-67919 previously submitted by the applicant of the present application is a corrective tightening belt 1 having a belt-like belt 2 wound around the body and an outer pulling member 4 arranged on the outside of the belt-like belt 2, in which the belt-like belt 2 is tightened around the body at a location of a bone T located so as to protrude from the body, and then the outer pulling member 4 is attached so as to hook the outer side of the belt-like belt 2 to the location of the bone T and pull the outer pulling member 4 (pulling direction F), which is pulled a predetermined length and then engaged with the belt-like belt 2. The present invention is different from the present invention in that the pulling direction F of the outer pulling member 4 is opposite and the pulling length is also shorter.

なお、第1の実施形態と同様、接続帯5jは、固定部5sの長手方向(帯状ベルト2の短手方向)の少なくとも両端近傍と接続されていることで、把持部5hを引っ張る力が帯状ベルト2を介して均等に骨係止パッド3に伝わり、スムーズな位置調節(骨盤矯正)に貢献する。
