Description
Claims (15)
- 上部及び下部で開口した第1挿入空間を取り囲むヒーティングアセンブリーと、
前記ヒーティングアセンブリーの下側に平行に配置され、前記ヒーティングアセンブリーの下端を支持するロウワーパイプと、
前記ヒーティングアセンブリーの上端を支持し、下側に延びて前記ヒーティングアセンブリーの周囲を覆い、前記ロウワーパイプの周囲と半径方向にオーバーラップする周囲を含むアッパーパイプと、
前記オーバーラップ部分に対応する位置で前記ロウワーパイプ及び前記アッパーパイプのうちのいずれか一方に位置する投光部と、
前記オーバーラップ部分に対応する位置で前記ロウワーパイプ及び前記アッパーパイプのうちの他方に位置し、前記投光部の内周面に一体に結合される光吸収部と、を含む、エアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記アッパーパイプは前記ヒーティングアセンブリーの外周面及び前記ロウワーパイプの外周面を覆い、
前記光吸収部は前記ロウワーパイプに位置し、
前記投光部は前記アッパーパイプに位置し、前記光吸収部の外周面を取り囲む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記投光部は、前記投光部の周辺の前記アッパーパイプの厚さよりも小さい厚さを有する、請求項2に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記投光部は、前記アッパーパイプの周囲の外周面が半径内側方向に陥没することによって形成される、請求項3に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記ヒーティングアセンブリーの上側に配置され、前記アッパーパイプの内周面から半径内側方向に突出して前記ヒーティングアセンブリーの上端を支持するパイプフランジをさらに含む、請求項2に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記ロウワーパイプは、前記ヒーティングアセンブリーの下端を支持する上面を有する、請求項5に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記ロウワーパイプは、前記第1挿入空間と連通し、前記第1挿入空間から下側に延びるように内部に形成された第2挿入空間を有する、請求項2に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記ロウワーパイプは、前記第2挿入空間の下端の少なくとも一部を覆うスティックサポートを含む、請求項7に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記ロウワーパイプは、前記スティックサポートによって取り囲まれ、前記第2挿入空間と前記ロウワーパイプの外部とを連通させる連結流路をさらに含む、請求項8に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記ロウワーパイプと前記アッパーパイプとは互いに上下方向にオーバーラップして支持する、請求項2に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記ロウワーパイプは、前記ロウワーパイプの外周面から半径外側方向に突出して上側に配向される第1サポートリブを含み、
前記アッパーパイプは、前記アッパーパイプの内周面から半径内側方向に突出して下側に配向され、前記第1サポートリブと結合される第2サポートリブを含む、請求項10に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記光吸収部は、前記投光部の内周面に融着した外周面を有する、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記光吸収部の外周面は、前記投光部の外部から投射されるレーザービームを吸収するとき、前記投光部の内周面に融着する、請求項12に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記投光部は、光透過性プラスチックを含み、
前記光吸収部は、光吸収性プラスチックを含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記投光部は、30%以上の光透過率を有する、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
