Description
(1) 骨アンカー組立体であって、
トロイド本体部分と、補助骨アンカーを受け入れるように構成された少なくとも1つの補助骨アンカー開口部を含む半径方向に延びる部分と、を有する基部と、
近位端と、遠位端と、前記近位端と前記遠位端との間に延びる管腔と、ロッド受け凹部と、を有するレシーバー部材と、
前記トロイド本体内に保持されたヘッド部分と、前記基部から遠位方向に延びる骨係合部分と、を有するシャンクと、を含み、
前記基部が前記レシーバー部材に対して回転するように構成されるように、前記基部が前記レシーバー部材に結合されている、骨アンカー組立体。
(2) 前記基部の前記トロイド本体は、前記レシーバー部材から遠位方向に延びている、実施態様1に記載の骨アンカー。
(3) 前記基部が、前記トロイド本体から近位方向に延びる延出部を更に備え、
前記延出部は、前記レシーバー部材の前記管腔内に受け入れられている、実施態様1に記載の骨アンカー。
(4) 前記基部の前記延出部が第1の接続特徴部を有し、前記レシーバー部材が第2の接続特徴部を有し、
前記第1の接続特徴部は、前記基部が前記レシーバー部材内に回転可能に受け入れられるように、前記第2の接続特徴部と係合するように構成されている、実施態様3に記載の骨アンカー。
(5) 前記第1の接続特徴部及び前記第2の接続特徴部は、前記第1の接続特徴部が前記第2の接続特徴部と係合するときに、前記基部と前記レシーバー部材との間の相対的な軸方向移動が制限されるように構成されている、実施態様4に記載の骨アンカー。
(7) 前記レシーバー部材の前記溝が、前記ロッド受け凹部の遠位にある、実施態様6に記載の骨アンカー。
(8) 前記レシーバー部材内に配置されているサドルを更に備え、前記サドルは、前記レシーバー部材内に配置された前記延出部の近位に面した表面と接触するように構成された遠位に面した表面を有する、実施態様3に記載の骨アンカー。
(9) 外科的方法であって、
骨アンカーのシャンクを患者の骨に打ち込むことと、
前記骨アンカーのレシーバー部材に対して前記骨アンカーの基部を回転させることであって、前記基部は、内部を通って延びる少なくとも1つの補助骨アンカー開口部を有する半径方向に延びる部分を有し、前記レシーバー部材は脊椎固定要素を受け入れるように構成されている、回転させることと、
前記基部の前記半径方向に延びる部分を前記シャンクに対して所望の位置に位置決めすることと、
前記半径方向に延びる部分の前記少なくとも1つの補助骨アンカー開口部を通して前記患者の骨に少なくとも1つの補助骨アンカーを打ち込むことと、を含む、方法。
(10) 前記骨アンカーの前記基部を回転させることが、前記レシーバー部材の中央長手方向軸を中心に前記基部を回転させることを更に含む、実施態様9に記載の方法。
(12) 前記少なくとも1つの補助骨アンカーを骨に打ち込んだ後で、前記レシーバー部材内に脊椎ロッドを配置し、前記脊椎ロッドを前記レシーバー部材内で固定することを更に含む、実施態様9に記載の方法。
(13) 前記骨アンカーを、
前記基部が前記レシーバー部材の中央長手方向軸を中心に回転可能であるように、前記基部を前記レシーバー部材に結合することと、
前記シャンクの遠位骨係合部分が前記基部から遠位方向に延び、前記シャンクのヘッド部分が前記基部内に受け入れられるように、前記レシーバー部材及び前記基部を通して前記シャンクを挿入することと、
によって組み立てることを更に含む、実施態様9に記載の方法。
(14) 前記シャンクが、前記基部に対して多軸方向に回転可能である、実施態様13に記載の方法。
Claims (7)
- 骨アンカー組立体であって、
トロイド本体部分と、補助骨アンカーを受け入れるように構成された少なくとも1つの補助骨アンカー開口部を含む半径方向に延びる部分と、を有する基部と、
近位端と、遠位端と、前記近位端と前記遠位端との間に延びる管腔と、ロッド受け凹部と、を有するレシーバー部材と、
前記トロイド本体部分内に保持されたヘッド部分と、前記基部から遠位方向に延びる骨係合部分と、を有するシャンクと、を含み、
前記基部が前記レシーバー部材に対して回転するように構成されるように、前記基部が前記レシーバー部材に結合されており、
前記基部が、前記トロイド本体部分から近位方向に延びる延出部を更に備え、
前記延出部は、前記レシーバー部材の前記管腔内に受け入れられている、骨アンカー組立体。 - 前記基部の前記トロイド本体部分は、前記レシーバー部材から遠位方向に延びている、請求項1に記載の骨アンカー組立体。
- 前記基部の前記延出部が第1の接続特徴部を有し、前記レシーバー部材が第2の接続特徴部を有し、
前記第1の接続特徴部は、前記基部が前記レシーバー部材内に回転可能に受け入れられるように、前記第2の接続特徴部と係合するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の骨アンカー組立体。 - 前記第1の接続特徴部及び前記第2の接続特徴部は、前記第1の接続特徴部が前記第2の接続特徴部と係合するときに、前記基部と前記レシーバー部材との間の相対的な軸方向移動が制限されるように構成されている、請求項3に記載の骨アンカー組立体。
- 前記第1の接続特徴部は前記延出部の近位端のリップであり、前記第2の接続特徴部は前記レシーバー部材の内面の溝である、請求項3に記載の骨アンカー組立体。
- 前記レシーバー部材の前記溝が、前記ロッド受け凹部の遠位にある、請求項5に記載の骨アンカー組立体。
- 前記レシーバー部材内に配置されているサドルを更に備え、前記サドルは、前記レシーバー部材内に配置された前記延出部の近位に面した表面と接触するように構成された遠位に面した表面を有する、請求項1に記載の骨アンカー組立体。
