例えば、特許文献1には揮発性油分と組み合わせてシリコーン系界面活性剤を配合し、顔料を良好に分散させた耐移り性を有する固形化粧料が開示されている。
また、特許文献2には、非融和性であるペルフルオロポリエーテル型の非揮発性油と揮発性油を含有する耐移り性を有する口紅組成物が記載されている。しかし、この口紅組成物は、二次付着レス効果の発現には塗布後、しばらく時間がかかるという問題点があった。

を含み、それぞれの配合量が(A)20~40質量%、(B)1~4質量%、(C)0.01~5質量%、(D)25~70質量%であることを特徴とする。
また、含まれる界面活性剤がポリソベート系活性剤、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル系活性剤、酸化エチレン及び酸化プロピレンの共重合体と高級アルコールから合成される活性剤、モノアシルグリセロール、ジアシルグリセロールから選択される1種または2種以上であると好ましい。
さらに、本願にかかる水中油型唇用化粧料には0.01~1.5質量%の(E)水性染料を含むことができる。

(A)成分として具体的には、ジメチコン5000CS、ジメチコン6000CS、ジメチコン10000CS、ジメチコン12500CS、ジメチコン30000CS、ジメチコン50000CS等が挙げられる
また、市販品としてはKF-96A-5000cs、KF-96H-6000cs、KF-96H-1万cs、KF-96H-1.25万cs、KF-96H-3万cs、KF-96H-5万cs(全て信越化学工業社製)等がある。

(B)成分としてHLB12以上の非シリコーン系界面活性剤を含む。界面活性剤のHLBが12以上であることによって水に溶解し、水中油型の組成物が得られる。さらに非シリコーン系の活性剤を用いるのは(E)水性染料を含む場合に(A)シリコーン油と混ざると二次付着レス効果が得られないからである。
HLB12以上の非シリコーン系界面活性剤としてはセテス-20、PEG-60水添ヒマシ油、べへネス20、イソステアリン酸PEG-20グリセリル等が挙げられる。
市販品としてはNIKKOL BC-20、NIKKOL HCO-60、NIKKOL BB-20(以上、日光ケミカルズ株式会社製)、EMALEX GWIS-120(日本エマルジョン株式会社製)等がある。
特にポリソベート系活性剤、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル系活性剤、酸化エチレン及び酸化プロピレンの共重合体と高級アルコールから合成される活性剤、モノアシルグリセロール、ジアシルグリセロールから選択されるものであると好ましい。
なお、本発明の唇用化粧料に配合される(B)成分としては1種でも2種以上であっても良い。

In particular, it is preferable to use one selected from polysorbate-based surfactants, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether-based surfactants, surfactants synthesized from a copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide and a higher alcohol, monoacylglycerol, and diacylglycerol.
The component (B) blended in the lip cosmetic of the present invention may be one type or two or more types.

本願では(C)成分として水系増粘剤を含めることができる。水系増粘剤を配合することで、とろみが出て塗布する際の使用感が向上する。また、(C)成分を含むと乳化が安定する点で好ましい。(C)成分としては、例えば、(ジメチルアクリルアミド/アクリロイルジメチルタウリンNa)クロスポリマー、(アクリレーツ/アクリル酸アルキル(C10-30))クロスポリマー、(アクリル酸ヒドロキシエチル/アクリロイルジメチルタウリンNa)コポリマー等が挙げられる。
中でも、アクリル酸系ポリマーよりなる水系増粘剤が好ましい。市販品としてはSIMULGELNS(SEPPIC S.A.社製)が挙げられる。

(E)成分としては、例えばアシッドフクシン、黄色4号、黄5、青1、赤227、緑3、赤401、赤504、橙205、黄203、緑201、紫201、紫401、黒401、黄205等が挙げられる。
また、市販品としてはUNICERT Yellow 08006-J(センシエントテクノロジーズジャパン社製)、FD&C Green No.3(センシエントテクノロジーズジャパン社製)などがある。

(4) Fit (Method of evaluating fit)
A practical usability test was conducted by a panel of 10 experts. The fit of the sample when applied to the lips was evaluated on a three-level scale based on the following criteria. The average score was used to evaluate the product according to the following criteria.

A: Average score of 2.0 or more B: Average score of 1.5 or more but less than 2.0 C: Average score of less than 1.5

表1から分かるように、ジメチルシリコーン油が3000CS以上であると外観・使用性ともに良好な水中油型唇用化粧料が得られた(試験例1-1、1-2)。しかし、ジメチルシリコーン油が100CS(試験例1-3)であるとツヤ感が得られなかった。 As can be seen from Table 1, when the dimethyl silicone oil was 3000 CS or more, oil-in-water lip cosmetics with good appearance and usability were obtained (Test Examples 1-1 and 1-2). 表2からわかるように、ジメチルシリコーン油5000csのときは28質量%~40質量%で外観、使用感共に良好であった(試験例1-1、2-2、2-3)。ジメチルシリコーンが50000csを超えると、均一な外観、二次付着レス効果、ツヤのある化粧料が得られたが、塗布後にべたつき、使用感が悪くなった(試験例2-6)。 As can be seen from Table 2, when the dimethyl silicone oil was 5,000cs, both the appearance and the feeling of use were good at 28% by mass to 40% by mass (Test Examples 1-1, 2-2, 2-3). 表4よりから分かるように、本発明に係る水中油型唇用化粧料に油分散性色材を加えた場合、外観が不均一になり、二次付着レス効果が得られなかった(試験例4-1)。

Claims (3)
(A)粘度が3000CS~30000CSのジメチルシリコーン油 20~40質量%
(B)HLB12以上の非シリコーン系界面活性剤 1~4質量%
(C)水系増粘剤 0.01~5質量%
(D)水 25~70質量% The oil-in-water type lip cosmetic is characterized in that it contains the following components (A) to (D):
(A) Dimethyl silicone oil having a viscosity of 3,000 CS to 30,000 CS: 20 to 40% by mass
(B) Non-silicone surfactant with HLB of 12 or more: 1 to 4% by mass
(C) Water-based thickener 0.01 to 5% by mass
(D) Water 25-70% by mass
3. The oil-in-water lip cosmetic according to claim 1 , further comprising an aqueous dye (E) in an amount of 0.01 to 1.5% by mass.
