Claims (14)
- 容器内の液体体積を測定する装置であって、
前記容器に向かって電磁放射を放出するように配置された構成された複数の光源と、
前記複数の光源に光学的に結合可能であり、各センサが前記複数の光源の少なくとも一部によって放出された前記電磁放射を検出するように配置され構成された複数のセンサと、
前記容器内の液体に関連する少なくとも1つの温度を測定するように配置され構成された温度センサと、
前記複数のセンサの各々から前記検出された電磁放射の部分を表すデータと、前記温度センサから前記少なくとも1つの測定された温度と、を受信するように構成された少なくとも1つのプロセッサと、を備え、
前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、
前記受信したデータとともに前記液体の品質及び/又は投与の品質を判定するために前記少なくとも1つの測定された温度を温度指針と比較することであって、前記温度指針は、ベースライン温度、最高温度及び最低温度のうち少なくとも1つを含むことと、

前記薬剤容器内の前記液体の体積を判定するために、前記処理ユニットによって前記シグネチャを複数の基準シグネチャと比較することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記温度指針は、前記最高温度及び前記最低温度を上回る1回の曝露の量、前記最低温度を下回る1回の曝露の量、前記最高温度を上回る累積曝露の量、前記最低温度を下回る累積曝露の量、最大温度変化率、及び、温度変動の最大頻度、のうち少なくとも1つをさらに含む、請求項8の方法。
- 前記温度指針は、前記装置、前記容器、及び前記液体のうち少なくとも1つに特有である、請求項8の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの測定された温度と、前記温度指針と、のうち少なくとも1つを前記処理ユニットによってメモリに記憶することをさらに含む、請求項8の方法。
- 前記液体に関連する効能のレベル、安全性のレベル、被検体の安楽度、及び有効期限状態のうち少なくとも1つを、前記受信したデータに関連する温度事象に基づいて前記処理ユニットによって判定することをさらに含む、請求項8の方法。
- 前記液体に関連する前記効能のレベル、前記安全性のレベル、前記被検体の安楽度、及び前記有効期限状態のうち少なくとも1つに関連する情報を通信インタフェースによってユーザに伝達することをさらに含む、請求項12の方法。
- 被検体の血糖値を前記処理ユニットによって受信することと、
前記血糖測定値に関連する温度事象に基づいて前記血糖測定値を前記処理ユニットによって正規化することと、
をさらに含む、請求項8の方法。
