Description

The present invention relates to the field of chopstick storage, and in particular to chopstick cases.

Chopstick cases are storage containers for chopsticks that are easy to carry, clean and hygienic, and are often used in places such as restaurants and outdoors.

For conventional chopstick cases, refer to the technical proposals disclosed in patent documents CN2021337961.2, CN202135268.8 and CN20192245824.6. In these proposals, the chopsticks are inserted by opening the cover, so that it does not take up much space, is convenient to carry, and is hygienic and clean.

However, the chopstick cases mentioned above have some problems or areas that could be improved. They require a lot of force to open, are flip-type, need to be handled with both hands, are not secure when closed, and are prone to falling apart.

Therefore, the present invention provides a solution to the above technical problems.

The object of this invention is to provide a chopstick case that uses a push-button pop-out storage method, requires less force to open, can be opened with one hand, and is sturdy and stable when closed.

The object of the present invention is realized as follows: a chopstick case including an outer housing, an inner housing, and a sheet. A pressing member and a fixing member are provided between the outer housing and the inner housing. A spring and a position limiting part are provided at the tip of the inner housing. The spring abuts between the pressing member and the inner housing, and the position limiting part and the fixing member are limited in position and locked. When the pressing member is pressed downward, the bottom of the pressing member presses the position limiting part, releasing the position limiting lock between the position limiting part and the fixing member, resetting the spring and popping out the inner housing and the sheet.

In the chopstick case described above, the sheet has at least one pair of chopstick holes.

In the chopstick case described above, a position limiting step is provided on the bottom outer periphery of the sheet, and the position limiting step abuts against the bottom of the outer housing.

The chopstick case of the present invention is equipped with a pressure-resilient structure. The present invention will be further explained below based on specific examples.
