Claims (14)
- 筐体内に、固体酸化物形燃料電池セルと改質器とを収納してなる燃料電池と、
前記燃料電池から発生する熱を回収する媒体を流動させる熱供給路と、
前記媒体に前記燃料電池で発生する熱を回収させる第1の熱交換部と、
前記熱供給路を流れた媒体が直接外部に出湯されるように前記熱供給路上に位置する出湯弁と、を備え、
前記第1の熱交換部における前記媒体の流路は、前記筐体の内部に、又は外部において該筐体に近接して設けられ、
熱電併給システム。 - 請求項1に記載の熱電併給システムにおいて、
前記燃料電池の排ガスと前記熱供給路を流動する前記媒体とを熱交換させる第2の熱交換部を、更に備える
熱電併給システム。 - 請求項2に記載の熱電併給システムにおいて、
前記熱供給路において、前記第1の熱交換部は前記第2の熱交換部の下流側に位置する
熱電併給システム。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の熱電併給システムにおいて、
前記熱供給路は、前記第1の熱交換部の下流側に位置し且つ放熱部を含む分岐路を有する
熱電併給システム。 - 請求項4に記載の熱電併給システムにおいて、
前記分岐路は更に、前記熱供給路において、前記第2の熱交換部の上流側に接続される
熱電併給システム。 - 請求項4に記載の熱電併給システムにおいて、
前記放熱部は、前記第2の熱交換部の前記排ガスの排出路に位置する
熱電併給システム。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の熱電併給システムにおいて、
前記改質器及び前記燃料電池セルの少なくとも一方から、前記第1の熱交換部における前記流路への伝熱を抑制する遮熱機構を、更に備える
熱電併給システム。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の熱電併給システムにおいて、
前記第1の熱交換部の流路は、前記筐体の外側に接触可能である
熱電併給システム。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の熱電併給システムにおいて、
前記燃料電池は、前記燃料電池セルが配置される収納部と、前記燃料電池セルより排出される排ガスが流通する排ガス流路と、前記排ガス流路に接して配置され、前記収納部と前記排ガス流路とを分画する断熱材と、を備え、前記第1の熱交換部における前記熱供給路は、前記燃料電池の内部において前記排ガス流路に接して設けられおり、少なくとも一部が前記断熱材に埋設されている
熱電併給システム。 - 請求項9に記載の熱電併給システムにおいて、
前記排ガス流路は、下流側に前記排ガスに含まれる水分を排出するドレイン部を有し、前記ドレイン部の上流側に前記排ガスに含まれる排気を排出する排出部を有する、熱電併給システム。 - 請求項10に記載の熱電併給システムにおいて、
前記排ガス流路と近接して、前記燃料電池セルに供給される酸素含有ガスが流れる酸素含有ガス流路を有し、前記酸素含有ガス流路に接続された導入部が、前記ドレイン部と前記排出部との間に位置している、熱電併給システム。 - 請求項9に記載の熱電併給システムにおいて、
前記収納部の内部又は前記排ガス流路における前記熱交換部よりも上流側に、燃焼触媒が配設されている、熱電併給システム。 - 請求項1に記載の熱電供給システムにおいて、
前記熱供給路は、前記筐体の外側又は内側であって、長手面を水平方向に沿ってのびて折り返している、
熱電併給システム。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の熱電併給システムにおいて、
前記第1の熱交換部に媒体を流す場合に、前記燃料電池での燃料利用率を低下させる又は空気利用率を上昇させるように制御する制御装置を備える、熱電併給システム。
