Claims (11)
- 電池セルが複数積層されて形成された電池セル積層体、および
前記複数の電池セルのうち互いに隣り合う電池セルの間に介在して、前記複数の電池セル間の熱伝播を遅延させるバリア層を含み、
前記バリア層は、前記電池セルと平行なボディ部と、前記ボディ部の一端で曲がって前記電池セルの上端部を覆う拡張部とを含み、
前記バリア層は、前記電池セルと平行なように配置された第1バリア層と、前記第1バリア層と前記電池セルの間に配置された第2バリア層とを含み、
前記第2バリア層は、前記第1バリア層と平行なように配置されたボディ部と、前記ボディ部の一端で曲がって前記電池セルの上端部を覆う拡張部とを含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記拡張部は、フレキシブルな材質で形成され、少なくとも2個の電池セルの上端部を覆う、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1バリア層は、互いに隣り合う第1電池セルと第2電池セルとの間に位置し、前記第2バリア層は、前記第1バリア層と前記第1電池セルとの間に位置する第2-1バリア層と、前記第1バリア層と前記第2電池セルとの間に位置する第2-2バリア層とを含み、
前記第2-1バリア層の第1拡張部と前記第2-2バリア層の第2拡張部とは、同じ方向に曲がる、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1拡張部と前記第2拡張部とは、互いに重なる、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ボディ部は、電極リードが位置した前記電池セルの端部を覆う追加拡張部を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ボディ部の追加拡張部には、前記電極リードが貫通する開口部が形成されている、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 電池セルが複数積層されて形成された電池セル積層体、および
前記複数の電池セルのうち互いに隣り合う電池セルの間に介在しているバリア層を含み、
前記バリア層は、前記電池セルと平行なボディ部と、前記ボディ部の一端で曲がって前記電池セルの上端部を覆う拡張部とを含み、
前記バリア層は、前記電池セルと平行なように配置された第1バリア層と、前記第1バリア層と前記電池セルの間に配置された第2バリア層とを含み、
前記第2バリア層は、前記第1バリア層と平行なように配置されたボディ部と、前記ボディ部の一端で曲がって前記電池セルの上端部を覆う拡張部とを含み、
前記バリア層は、難燃部材で形成される電池モジュール。 - 電池セルが複数積層されて形成された電池セル積層体、および
前記複数の電池セルのうち互いに隣り合う電池セルの間に介在しているバリア層を含み、
前記バリア層は、前記電池セルと平行なボディ部と、前記ボディ部の一端で曲がって前記電池セルの上端部を覆う拡張部とを含み、
前記バリア層は、前記電池セルと平行なように配置された第1バリア層と、前記第1バリア層と前記電池セルの間に配置された第2バリア層とを含み、
前記第2バリア層は、前記第1バリア層と平行なように配置されたボディ部と、前記ボディ部の一端で曲がって前記電池セルの上端部を覆う拡張部とを含み、
前記第1バリア層は、シリコン素材、マイカ素材またはこれらの混合素材で形成され、前記第2バリア層は、マイカ素材で形成される、電池モジュール。 - 前記バリア層は、少なくとも2個以上含まれ、前記バリア層のうち隣り合う2個のバリア層の間には、少なくとも2個以上の電池セルが位置する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記互いに隣り合うバリア層の拡張部は、互いに異なる方向に曲がる、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項による電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
