Description
本出願は2021年6月18日付韓国特許出願第10-2021-0079644号、2021年6月21日付韓国特許出願第10-2021-0080345号および2022年6月20日付韓国特許出願第10-2022-0074877号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
R1-COOM1
A1、A2およびA3はそれぞれ独立して、単結合、カルボニル、
R1、R2およびR3はそれぞれ独立して、水素、炭素数6~18の直鎖または分枝鎖のアルキルまたは炭素数6~18の直鎖または分枝鎖のアルケニルであり、
nは1~9の整数である。
攪拌機、温度計を取り付けた2Lガラス容器にアクリル酸100g、内部架橋剤としてペンタエリスリトールトリアリルエーテル(P-30)0.30gを投入して水226gを攪拌しながら混合した。この時、反応温度は5℃に維持し、前記結果の混合物に対して窒素1000cc/minを1時間の間流入した。その後0.3%過酸化水素水溶液1.3g、1%アスコルビン酸水溶液1.5g、2%の2,2’-アゾビスアミジノプロパンジヒドロクロリド水溶液3.0gおよび0.01%の硫酸鉄水溶液1.5gを添加して混合した。結果の混合物で重合反応が始まって重合体の温度が85℃に到達した後、90±2℃のオーブンで約6時間の間重合することによって含水ゲル重合体を製造した。
実施例1と同様の方法で含水ゲル重合体を得て、得られた含水ゲル重合体を含水ゲル微粒化装置20で微粒化した後乾燥して高吸水性樹脂に製造した。
実施例1と同様の方法で含水ゲル重合体を得て、得られた含水ゲル重合体を従来のチョッパーで微粒化した後、乾燥して高吸水性樹脂に製造した。ここで、チョッパーは複数の貫通孔が形成されたホールプレートと、前記ホールプレート近くに配置されるカッタを含み、スクリュとカッタが一つのモータに連結されて同じ速度(例えば150rpm)で回転する。
前記実施例および比較例で製造した高吸水性樹脂について、次のような方法で物性を評価した。
吸収速度(vortex time)は国際公開第1987/003208号に記載された方法に準じて秒単位で測定した。
2gの高吸水性樹脂に対してEDANA法WSP 270.3の方法により1時間膨潤した後に水可溶成分を測定した。
Claims (6)
- 内部に含水ゲルが移送される移送空間と、粉砕された含水ゲルを排出する排出空間が形成されたボディ;
前記移送空間に回転可能に配置され、その外周面に少なくとも一つのスクリュが形成されて含水ゲルをボディの長手方向に沿って移送する第1回転軸;
前記ボディの内部に固定して取り付けられ、複数の貫通孔が形成されたホールプレート;
前記ホールプレートから設定されたギャップだけ離隔し、前記ボディの内部に回転可能に配置されてスクリュによって移送された含水ゲルを粉砕するようになっているカッタ;そして
前記排出空間に回転可能に配置され、前記カッタに連結されてカッタを回転させる第2回転軸;
を含み、
前記第1回転軸の回転速度と前記第2回転軸の回転速度は独立して制御され、
前記カッタは前記ホールプレートの長手方向の一側に配置されて前記第2回転軸の一端はホールプレートを貫通してカッタに連結される、高吸水性樹脂の含水ゲル微粒化装置。 - 前記第1回転軸に駆動力を伝達する第1駆動モータ;そして
前記第2回転軸に駆動力を伝達する第2駆動モータ;
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂の含水ゲル微粒化装置。 - 前記第1駆動モータはボディの長手方向の一側に配置されて第1回転軸はボディの一側面を貫通して第1駆動モータに連結され、
前記第2駆動モータはボディの長手方向の他側に配置されて第2回転軸はボディの他側面を貫通して第2駆動モータに連結される、請求項2に記載の高吸水性樹脂の含水ゲル微粒化装置。 - 前記第2回転軸の回転速度は第1回転軸の回転速度より速い、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の高吸水性樹脂の含水ゲル微粒化装置。
- 前記ボディの長手方向の一側の上部に形成されて移送空間に連結されて含水ゲルが投入される入口;そして
前記ボディの長手方向の他側の下部に形成されて排出空間に連結されて含水ゲルが排出される出口;
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂の含水ゲル微粒化装置。 - 前記ボディの長手方向の一側部には移送空間が形成され、前記ボディの長手方向の他側部には排出空間が形成され、前記カッタとホールプレートは移送空間と排出空間の境界を定義する、請求項5に記載の高吸水性樹脂の含水ゲル微粒化装置。
