Description
[2]前記繊維は、固有粘度が0.3dl/g以上、0.9dl/g以下の熱可塑性樹脂を含む[1]に記載の成型用シート。
[3]前記樹脂は、ポリエステル系樹脂、ポリエステルウレタン系樹脂、ポリアミド系樹脂、ポリアミドイミド系樹脂、フェノキシ系樹脂、オレフィン系樹脂、及びアクリル系樹脂よりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である[1]または[2]に記載の成型用シート。
[4]前記繊維は、前記熱可塑性樹脂よりもガラス転移点温度が高い高Tg有機化合物を含む[2]に記載の成型用シート。
[5]前記樹脂層は、架橋剤を含む[1]~[4]のいずれかに記載の成型用シート。
[6]前記非含浸部の平均厚さは、前記不織布の平均厚さよりも小さい[1]~[5]のいずれかに記載の成型用シート。
[7]前記非含浸部の平均厚さは、前記含浸部の平均厚さよりも大きい[1]~[6]のいずれかに記載の成型用シート。
〈成型加工条件〉
成型用シート10を直径72mmの円形に切り取る。次いで直径が25mmの円柱部と、円柱部の先端に設けられている半径が12.5mmの半球部とを備えている凸金型と、半球部に嵌合することが可能な凹金型とを用意する。次いで樹脂層2側を凹金型に向けて成型用シート10を凹金型の上に配置し、成型用シート10の周縁部にリング状の押さえ板を乗せる。次いで加熱温度140℃、加熱時間1分の条件で加熱して、その後速度20mm/分で半球部と円柱部とを成型用シート10に対して垂直方向に20mm押し込んだ後、30秒維持してから離型する。その後、1分ドライヤーの冷風で冷却した後、成型体を取り出す。
〈成型加工条件〉
成型用シートを直径72mmの円形に切り取った。次いで直径が25mmの円柱部と、円柱部の先端に設けられている半径が12.5mmの半球部とを備えている凸金型と、半球部に嵌合することが可能な凹金型とを用意した。次いで樹脂層側を凹金型に向けて成型用シートを凹金型の上に配置し、成型用シートの周縁部にリング状の押さえ板を乗せた。次いで加熱温度140℃、加熱時間1分の条件で加熱して、その後速度20mm/分で半球部と円柱部とを成型用シートに対して垂直方向に20mm押し込んだ後、30秒維持してから離型した。その後、1分ドライヤーの冷風で冷却した後、成型体を取り出した。
スパンボンド紡糸設備を用い、固有粘度0.63dl/gのポリエチレンテレフタレート(以下、「PET」という)に、ガラス転移点温度が122℃のスチレン・メタクリル酸メチル・無水マレイン酸共重合体(Rohm GmbH&Co.KGのPLEXIGLAS HW55(以下、「HW55」という)を0.40質量%添加した樹脂を、オリフィス径0.23mmの紡糸口金より単孔吐出量0.75g/分で紡出した。更に、エジェクタに0.6kg/cm2の圧力(ジェット圧)で乾燥エアを供給し、1段階で延伸して、下方のコンベア上へ繊維を開繊させつつ捕集し長繊維フリースを得た。得られた長繊維フリースの繊維径は22.0μm、複屈折率は0.0120、換算紡糸速度は1430m/分であった。
・樹脂:バイロンBX-1001(東洋紡株式会社製) 100部
・溶媒:メチルエチルケトン 200部
・架橋剤:ブロックイソシアネート7960(Baxenden社製) 8部
不織布として、東洋紡株式会社製のポリエステルスパンボンド不織布(エクーレ(登録商標)W6B61A)を用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様に離型フィルム付積層体を得て、60℃に加温した部屋で48時間放置した後、離型フィルムを剥離して成型用シートを得た。なお上記不織布の目付は210g/m2、厚さは650μmであった。
下記樹脂と溶媒を下記割合で混合してから30℃まで加温し、撹拌機にて溶解して、架橋剤を下記割合で添加して樹脂層用塗料を得た。
・樹脂:数平均分子量が180000相当のアクリル樹脂(市販品) 100部
・溶媒:メチルエチルケトン 150部
ジメチルホルムアミド 50部
・架橋剤:コロネートL(日本ポリウレタン工業株式会社製) 8部

Claims (5)
- 不織布と、前記不織布に積層されている樹脂層とを備え、
前記不織布は、複屈折率Δnが0.005以上、0.050以下である繊維を70質量%以上、100質量%以下の含量で含み、
前記繊維は、ポリエステル系繊維、ポリアミド系繊維、及びポリオレフィン系繊維よりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の繊維であり、
前記繊維は、固有粘度が0.3dl/g以上、0.9dl/g以下の熱可塑性樹脂を90質量%以上、99.8質量%以下の含量で、前記熱可塑性樹脂よりもガラス転移点温度が高い高Tg有機化合物を0.02質量%以上、8質量%以下の含量で含み、
前記樹脂層は、数平均分子量が5,000以上、150,000以下である樹脂を含み、且つ前記不織布に含浸している含浸部と、前記不織布に含浸していない非含浸部とを備え、
前記樹脂層100質量%中、前記樹脂の含有量は60質量%以上、100質量%以下であり、
前記樹脂は、ポリエステル系樹脂、ポリエステルウレタン系樹脂、ポリアミド系樹脂、ポリアミドイミド系樹脂、フェノキシ系樹脂、オレフィン系樹脂、及びアクリル系樹脂よりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の熱可塑性樹脂であることを特徴とする成型用シート。 - 前記樹脂層は、架橋剤を含む請求項1に記載の成型用シート。
- 前記非含浸部の平均厚さは、前記不織布の平均厚さよりも小さい請求項1または2に記載の成型用シート。
- 前記非含浸部の平均厚さは、前記含浸部の平均厚さよりも大きい請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の成型用シート。
- 請求項1~4のいずれかの成型用シートを成型して得られた成型体。
