前記制御部は、走行中に前記操作子が中立位置に戻った場合は、減速停止制御を実行し、所定閾値以上の速度で前進走行中に前記操作子が後方に傾倒された場合は、左右方向の操作量に拘わらず急停止制御を実行するように構成されている。
図1において、本発明実施形態に係る電動車両1は、移動ベース21(下部走行体)およびその後部(後側ベース24)に立設された上部フレーム22からなる車体2を備えており、図中実線で示される小型電動車モード(乗車モード1)と、図中2点鎖線で示される歩行補助車モード(1′)とで利用可能である。
すなわち、図3(a)において、ジョイスティック83が中立位置から前方FWに傾倒された場合は、ジョイスティック83の操作量(傾倒角度)に応じて前進方向の目標速度(目標車両速度)となるように左右のモータユニット40(40L,40R)の回転速度が制御され、電動車両1は前進走行する。
ジョイスティック83を前方FWに操作して、所定閾値以上の車速で前進走行または前進旋回走行している状態で、図3(b)に示されるように、ジョイスティック83が中立位置よりも後方RW′に反転操作された場合は、左右の方向成分に拘わらず急停止制御が実行される。
以上のように構成された電動車両1は、キー11の操作で電源オンになりシステムが起動すると、起動時のフレーム形態に応じて乗車モード(1)または歩行補助車モード(1′)に設定される。なお、既に述べたように、電動車両1の停止状態では電磁ブレーキ42がロック状態にある。

Claims (3)
- 進退方向および幅方向を有する車体と、
前記車体の幅方向に離間して設けられた左右駆動輪と、
前記左右駆動輪に個別に動力伝達可能に接続された左右モータと、
ジョイスティック型の操作子を有する操作部と、
前記操作子の操作量に従って前記左右モータを制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、走行中に前記操作子が中立位置に戻った場合は、減速停止制御を実行し、所定閾値以上の速度で前進走行中に前記操作子が後方に傾倒された場合は、左右方向の操作量に拘わらず急停止制御を実行するように構成されている、小型電動車両。 - 前記急停止制御は、前記左右モータによる回生制動と、所定の低速度にて電磁ブレーキにより前記左右駆動輪または前記左右モータをロックすることを含む、請求項1に記載の小型電動車両。
- 前記制御部は、前記急停止制御中に前記操作子が前方または中立位置に操作された場合、または、前記急停止制御による車両停止後に所定時間が経過した場合は、前記急停止制御を終了し、前記操作子の操作位置に応じた通常制御を実行するように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の小型電動車両。
