Description

Claims (15)
- 模擬全直腸間膜切除(TME)手技のための手術シミュレータであって、
近位端と遠位端を有するフレームと、
前記フレームの前記遠位端近くに配置された模擬骨盤内筋膜層と、
前記模擬骨盤内筋膜層と前記フレームの前記遠位端に取り付けられた模擬骨盤底層と、
前記模擬骨盤内筋膜層に取り付けられた模擬直腸間膜層と、を備え、
前記模擬骨盤内筋膜層への前記模擬直腸間膜層の取り付けによって、これらの間に第1の模擬切開平面を定め、前記第1の模擬切開平面は、模擬TME手技において、切開を実施するところへユーザを案内するように構成される、手術シミュレータ。 - 前記近位端は、模擬腹腔の少なくとも一部を定め、前記遠位端は、模擬骨盤腔の少なくとも一部を定めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術シミュレータ。
- 前記模擬骨盤内筋膜層、前記模擬骨盤底層、及び前記模擬直腸間膜層は、周方向引張の下に置かれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術シミュレータ。
- 前記模擬骨盤内筋膜層は、前記模擬骨盤底層よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術シミュレータ。
- 前記模擬骨盤内筋膜層は、繊維性材料及びシリコーンで作られ、前記模擬骨盤底層は、シリコーンで作られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術シミュレータ。
- 前記フレームの前記遠位端内に配置された模擬臓側腹膜層と、
前記模擬臓側腹膜層と前記フレームの前記近位端に取り付けられた模擬壁側腹膜と、
前記模擬臓側腹膜層に取り付けられた模擬腸間膜層であって、該模擬腸間膜層及び該模擬臓側腹膜層がその間に第2の模擬切開平面を定める前記模擬腸間膜層と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1-5のいずれか1項に記載の手術シミュレータ。 - 前記模擬直腸間膜層と前記模擬壁側腹膜は互いに接続されてそれらの間に外被を形成し、模擬脂肪充填物が前記模擬直腸間膜層と前記模擬壁側腹膜によって形成された前記外被内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の手術シミュレータ。
- 前記手術シミュレータは、さらに、前記模擬臓側腹膜層と組み合わされて、前記模擬腸間膜層に取り付けられ、その間に第3の模擬切開平面を定める、模擬トルト筋膜層を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の手術シミュレータ。
- 第4の模擬切開平面が、前記模擬直腸間膜層への前記模擬骨盤底層の取り付け部の間に定められることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の手術シミュレータ。
- 前記第1の模擬切開平面を定める層の一方は、シリコーンシートで作られ、他方の層は複合シリコーンシートで作られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術シミュレータ。
- 前記第1の模擬切開平面を定める前記模擬直腸間膜層と前記模擬骨盤内筋膜層は、複合シリコーンシートで作られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術シミュレータ。
- 前記手術シミュレータは、さらに、前記模擬骨盤底層に接続された模擬膀胱と、前記模擬骨盤内筋膜層に接続された模擬前立腺を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術シミュレータ。
- 前記フレームの前記近位端は開口部を含み、前記手術シミュレータは、さらに前記フレームの前記近位端に接続されて前記開口部を覆う模擬組織層を備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の手術シミュレータ。
- 前記手術シミュレータは、さらに前記フレームの前記遠位端に模擬直腸を備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の手術シミュレータ。
- 前記模擬脂肪充填物はポリアクリル酸ナトリウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の手術シミュレータ。
