Description

Claims (9)
- 施設で受け取ったイーチをトート中に移送する自動デカントシステムであって、前記自動デカントシステムは、
イーチを受け取るよう構成された貨物ステージングテーブルを含み、前記イーチは、前記トート内にイーチの1つまたは2つ以上の組を置くのに適した既定の位置でイーチの前記1つまたは2つ以上の組に前記貨物ステージングテーブル上で整然と並べられ、前記貨物ステージングテーブルは、イーチを前記貨物ステージングテーブルのところで支持するよう構成された可動支持面を有し、
イーチの前記1つまたは2つ以上の組が、前記トート内にイーチの前記1つまたは2つ以上の組を置くのに適した既定の位置で前記貨物ステージングテーブル上に位置している間に、前記可動支持面を前記貨物ステージングテーブルのところでイーチの前記1つまたは2つ以上の組の下から引き出すよう構成されたアクチュエータを含み、
前記トートを支持するよう構成されたモバイルロボットを含み、前記モバイルロボットは、前記貨物ステージングテーブルの下の位置までを含んで、前記施設を動き回るよう構成されており、
前記アクチュエータは、前記トートが前記貨物ステージングテーブルの下に位置決めされたときにイーチの前記1つまたは2つ以上の組の下から前記可動支持面を引き出してイーチの前記1つまたは2つ以上の組を前記トート内に落下させるよう構成され、前記モバイルロボットは、しかる後、前記貨物ステージングテーブルから遠ざかるように水平に移動して前記トート内のイーチの前記1つまたは2つ以上の組を移送して前記貨物ステージングテーブルから遠ざけ、
イーチの前記1つまたは2つ以上の組が前記トート内に落下されるときに、イーチの前記1つまたは2つ以上の組は、イーチの前記1つまたは2つ以上の組が前記貨物ステージングテーブル上で整然と並べられる前記既定の位置に対応する位置で前記トート内に着地し、
前記モバイルロボットは、複数のモバイルロボットのうちの1つであり、
前記自動デカントシステムは、前記貨物ステージングテーブルの下にかつそのいずれか一方の側に位置する1対のレーンを有し、第1のレーン中の前記複数のモバイルロボットのうちの第1のモバイルロボットは、第2のレーン中の前記複数のモバイルロボットのうちの第2のモバイルロボットが受け取ったばかりのイーチを有するトートを前記貨物ステージングテーブルの下から引き出した後にイーチの前記1つまたは2つ以上の組を受け取るために空のトートを前記貨物ステージングテーブルの下に内方に差し出す、自動デカントシステム。 - 前記イーチは、前記施設のところでパレット上のケース内に包装された状態で受け取られ、前記自動デカントシステムは、包装されたケースのパレットを個々の包装が解かれたケースに変換するよう構成されたロボットケースデパレタイザーモジュールをさらに含む、請求項1記載の自動デカントシステム。
- 前記ロボットケースデパレタイザーモジュールは、前記ケースの周りのシュリンクラップを取り外し、同一SKUイーチを有するケースの多数の層を運搬可能に隔離するとともに/あるいは前記同一SKUイーチを有する単一のケースを運搬可能に隔離するよう構成されている、請求項2記載の自動デカントシステム。
- 前記イーチは、ケース内に包装された状態で前記施設のところで受け取られ、前記自動デカントシステムは、ケース包装材を各イーチから取り外すよう構成されたケースはぎ取り機械をさらに含む、請求項1記載の自動デカントシステム。
- 前記可動支持面は、前記貨物ステージングテーブルのところで前記イーチの下から側方に滑りまたは下方に軸線回りに回転するよう構成され、前記可動支持面は、前記貨物ステージングテーブルのところで前記イーチの下から側方に滑りまたは下方に軸線回りに回転する時点において、前記イーチは、前記トート中に落下する、請求項1記載の自動デカントシステム。
- 1つまたは2つ以上のディバイダが、前記イーチが前記トート中に落下しているときに前記イーチを1つまたは2つ以上の組の状態に維持する、請求項5記載の自動デカントシステム。
- 前記可動支持面は、第1および第2のコンベヤベルトを有し、前記第1のコンベヤベルトは、第1の駆動ローラと第1の被動ローラ上に支持され、前記第1の駆動ローラと第1の被動ローラの両方は、回転および並進可能に構成され、前記第2のコンベヤベルトは、第2の駆動ローラと第2の被動ローラ上に支持され、前記第2の駆動ローラと第2の被動ローラの両方は、回転および並進可能に構成され、前記第1および前記第2の被動ローラは、前記第1および前記第2のコンベヤベルトが前記イーチを前記貨物ステージングテーブルのところで支持するために互いに隣接して位置決めされる、請求項1記載の自動デカントシステム。
- 前記第1および前記第2の駆動ローラのうちの少なくとも一方の並進により、前記第1の被動ローラと前記第2の被動ローラとの間に隙間が作られ、該隙間を通って、前記イーチが前記トート中に落下する、請求項7記載の自動デカントシステム。
- 前記トートは、第1および第2のサブトートから成り、前記イーチは、前記隙間が前記第1のサブトート上に形成されたときに前記第1のサブトート中に落下し、前記イーチは、前記隙間が前記第2のサブトート上に形成されたときに前記第2のサブトート中に落下する、請求項8記載の自動デカントシステム。
