Description
<1-1.臓器収容容器について>
図1は、第1実施形態に係る臓器収容容器1の斜視図である。図2は、臓器収容容器1の上面図である。図3は、臓器収容容器1の断面図である。この臓器収容容器1は、ドナーから摘出された臓器をレシピエントへ移植する移植手術において、臓器を一時的に収容するための容器である。すなわち、臓器収容容器1は、臓器の移植手術に使用されることを目的とした医療器具である。
続いて、上記の臓器収容容器1を用いた移植手術の流れについて、説明する。図7は、臓器収容容器1を用いた移植手術の流れを示したフローチャートである。以下では、臓器収容容器1を用いて腎臓9を移植する場合について説明する。
以上、本発明の主たる実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上記の実施形態に限定されるものではない。

Claims (8)
- 臓器を収容する臓器収容容器であって、
伸縮性を有し、開口を有する袋状の胴部
を有し、
前記胴部は、その内側と外側の空間に挟まれる領域において空洞を有さず、
無負荷状態において、前記開口の最大幅は、前記胴部の最大幅よりも小さく、
前記開口は、前記開口の最大幅が前記胴部の最大幅よりも大きい状態まで伸張可能であり、
前記胴部の内面は、複数の溝を有し、
前記複数の溝は、
複数の第1溝と、
それぞれが前記第1溝の少なくとも一部と交差する、複数の第2溝と、
を有する、臓器収容容器。 - 請求項1に記載の臓器収容容器であって、
前記胴部は、
前記開口の周囲を囲む環状の肥厚部
を有し、
前記肥厚部を含む前記胴部は、一体に成形された一部材である、臓器収容容器。 - 請求項2に記載の臓器収容容器であって、
前記肥厚部は、内部に空洞を有しない、臓器収容容器。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の臓器収容容器であって、
前記胴部の内面は、凹凸形状を有する、臓器収容容器。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載の臓器収容容器であって、
前記胴部の形状は、略楕円体である、臓器収容容器。 - 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれかに記載の臓器収容容器であって、
前記胴部の硬度は、日本工業規格JIS K 6253-3:2012のデュロメータ硬さ試験方法においてE10~A10である、臓器収容容器。 - 請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれかに記載の臓器収容容器であって、
前記胴部は、エラストマーゲルで形成される、臓器収容容器。 - 請求項7に記載の臓器収容容器であって、
前記胴部は、熱可塑性エラストマー、ウレタンエラストマー、またはオイルブリードシリコンゲルで形成される、臓器収容容器。
