Claims (7)
- 流体送達デバイスであって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内で制御可能に並進されるように構成されたピストンと、
前記ピストンの近位端に接続される遠位端を有するプラグであって、前記プラグが前記ハウジング内で並進するように構成される、プラグと、
前記ハウジングと前記ピストンの一方に設けられた円弧状のカムスロットと、前記カムスロットと係合するように構成され、前記ハウジングと前記ピストンの他方に設けられたピンと、を含む、前記ハウジングと前記ピストンの間のインターロック機構と、
を備え、
前記ピストンの前記近位端は、伸縮性流体チャンバを画定するノッチ領域で構成され、前記プラグの前記遠位端が前記ピストンに対して相対的に並進して、流体が前記流体チャンバに流れ込み、前記流体チャンバから流体を吐出することを可能にするものであり、
前記ピストンが回転するとき、前記カムスロットは、前記ピストンが前記ハウジングに対して相対的に並進する距離を制御するように構成される、流体送達デバイス。 - 前記ハウジングは、流体が前記ハウジングに導入されるリザーバポートと、流体が前記ハウジングから吐出される患者ポートと、を備える、請求項1に記載の流体送達デバイス。
- 前記ピストンは、前記流体送達デバイスの吸入動作中に前記流体チャンバを前記リザーバポートと整合させ、前記流体送達デバイスの吐出動作中に前記流体チャンバを前記患者ポートと整合させるように制御可能に並進される、請求項2に記載の流体送達デバイス。
- 前記プラグは、前記ハウジングに対して摩擦係合するように構成され、前記プラグの並進を前記ピストンに対して遅らせる摩擦量が、前記ピストンの並進によって克服されるまで提供される、請求項1に記載の流体送達デバイス。
- 前記ピストンの前記近位端は、前記プラグの前記遠位端が、前記ピストンに対して移動できるように寸法決めされた前記ノッチ領域を有し、
前記プラグの前記遠位端が前記ピストン内の前記ノッチ領域の2つの端部停止位置の間で並進し、前記プラグの前記遠位端が前記2つの端部停止位置のうちの1つに到達すると、前記摩擦量が克服され、前記プラグが前記ハウジングに対して前記ピストンと並進する、請求項4に記載の流体送達デバイス。 - 前記プラグ及び前記ピストンは、それぞれ、シールを備え、それぞれの前記シールは、前記シール間の前記流体チャンバに流体を閉じ込めるように構成される、請求項3に記載の流体送達デバイス。
- 前記プラグは、前記ハウジングに対して摩擦係合するように構成され、前記プラグの並進を前記ピストンに対して遅らせる摩擦量が、前記ピストンの並進によって克服されるまで提供され、前記ピストン上の前記シールは、前記摩擦量に寄与するように構成される、請求項6に記載の流体送達デバイス。
