Claims (13)
- 特にプラズマ凝固のための電気外科用器具(10)であって、
少なくとも一つの管腔(16)を含む流体導管(12)と、
前記流体導管(12)の内側に少なくとも部分的に配置された電極(11)と、を有し、
前記電極(11)は、電極本体(22)を備え、前記電極本体(22)は、前記流体導管(12)の遠位端(19)から近位方向に前記流体導管(12)内に延び、コーティング(23)が前記電極本体(22)の上に配置され、
前記電極本体(22)は、ステンレス鋼からなり、
前記コーティング(23)は、銀からなる、電気外科用器具。 - 前記コーティング(23)が、溶融温度(TB)を含み、前記電極本体(22)が、溶融温度(TK)を含み、前記コーティングの溶融温度(TB)が前記電極本体(22)の溶融温度(TK)よりも低いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記電極本体(22)が、1000℃を超える溶融温度(TK)を有する材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の器具。
- 前記コーティング(23)が、1000℃未満の溶融温度(TB)を有する材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記コーティング(23)が、不活性金属からなることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記コーティング(23)が、コーティング領域を有する断面を有し、前記電極(22)が、電極領域を有する断面を有し、前記コーティング領域は、前記電極領域の少なくとも12%の量を有し、前記電極領域の少なくとも12%の前記コーティング領域を有する前記コーティング(23)は、数ミリメートルの電極(11)のセクション(26)に沿って延びることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 電極(11)が、前記電極の遠位端に少なくとも2.5mmの長さのセクション(19a)を備え、前記電極(11)の熱容量が、4.5mJ/K未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 電極(11)が、前記管腔(16)の内側に保持された遠位端(19)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記管腔(16)の内側に前記電極(11)を配置するために、ホルダ(20)が設けられ、前記ホルダ(20)上に前記電極(11)が保持され、前記ホルダ(20)によって前記電極(11)が前記管腔(16)の内側で中心に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記ホルダ(20)が、不十分な熱伝導性材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の器具。
- 前記ホルダ(20)が、電気絶縁材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の器具。
- 動作中、前記コーティング(23)が、前記遠位端(19)の近傍に溶融セクション(26)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 動作中、前記電極(11)が、前記電極(11)の遠位端(19)に、前記コーティング(23)の材料から少なくとも部分的にむき出しているセクション(19a)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
