Description
本出願は、2020年10月13日に出願された「THROMBUS ASPIRATION SYSTEMS AND RELATED METHODS」と題する米国仮出願第63/091,258号に対する優先権を主張するものであり、同文献の内容を参照してその全容を本願に援用する。
Claims (14)
- 血餅を真空吸引によって除去する際に使用するシステムであって、前記システムは、
第1のチューブと;
前記第1のチューブ内で摺動可能な第2のチューブと;
膜を有し、前記第2のチューブ内に少なくとも部分的に位置する自己拡張型レシーバであって、
前記レシーバは、前記レシーバの近位部および前記第2のチューブが前記第1のチューブの遠位端部内に位置し、前記第2のチューブの遠位端が前記レシーバの近位端より近位側に位置するまで前記第2のチューブが前記レシーバに対して近位側に動くとき、径方向に拡張可能であり、前記レシーバの前記近位部は、径方向に拡張し、前記第1のチューブの前記遠位端部と接触し;
前記レシーバの遠位部は、内径が前記第1のチューブの内径より少なくとも10%大きくなるように、径方向に拡張する、レシーバと
を備え、
前記第1のチューブの前記遠位端部は、径方向に拡張可能であり、
前記レシーバの前記近位部が、前記第1のチューブの径方向に拡張可能な遠位端部と接触したときに、前記レシーバの近位部が拡張して前記第1のチューブの遠位端部に圧力を与えることにより、前記自己拡張型レシーバの前記近位部が、前記径方向に拡張可能な遠位端部より近位側の位置での前記第1のチューブの内径と少なくとも同じ大きさの内径を有するように、径方向に拡張可能な前記第1のチューブの遠位端部を径方向に拡張させながら、前記レシーバの近位部が前記第1のチューブの遠位端部と係合してシールを形成する、システム。 - 前記レシーバに接続されたプッシャーワイヤをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記レシーバに接続されず、前記レシーバを残して抜去可能なプッシャーをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2のチューブ内における前記レシーバの近位端を位置決め可能で、前記第2のチューブ内で前記レシーバの前記近位端と接触するようなサイズであるプッシャーをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記レシーバは、ストラットを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記レシーバは、ニチノールを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記膜は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記膜は、ウレタンを含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記レシーバは、前記レシーバの遠位端から1ミリメートル以内もしくはそれ未満の所に位置する放射線不透過性マーカを有する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記レシーバは、前記レシーバの近位端から1ミリメートル以内もしくはそれ未満の所に位置する放射線不透過性マーカを有する、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2のチューブの内腔内に位置し、前記第2のチューブに対して移動可能なガイドワイヤをさらに備えている、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のチューブは、近位側取り付け部品を有し;
前記システムは、
マルチポートアダプタであって、
前記第1のチューブの前記近位側取り付け部品に連結されるように構成された第1のポートと;
第2のポートであって、前記第2のポートを通る円筒構造の周囲をシールするように構成される、第2のポートと;
ルアーロックを有する第3のポートと
を有するマルチポートアダプタをさらに備えている、
請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記ルアーロックに連結可能な真空源をさらに備えている、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記真空源は、ポンプを備えている、請求項13に記載のシステム。
