Description
Claims (16)
- 入口から出口へと延在する流路を画定するバルブ本体と、
前記バルブ本体に一体化された破裂ダイヤフラムであって、前記流路内にあり、かつ前記入口を前記出口から流体的に密閉する、破裂ダイヤフラムと、
前記破裂ダイヤフラムに隣接して配置されたアクチュエータであって、移動して前記破裂ダイヤフラムを破壊し、それにより前記入口と前記出口とを流体的に接続するように構成されたプランジャを含んだ、アクチュエータと、
前記バルブ本体の前記入口に取り付けられたまたは一体化された出口を有する推進薬タンクと、
を備え、
前記アクチュエータが、パラフィンワックスと、前記パラフィンワックスを溶融させるように動作可能なヒータと、を含み、前記パラフィンワックスは、溶融して膨張し、その膨張により前記プランジャを伸長させて、前記破裂ダイヤフラムを破裂させるように構成される、燃料隔離システム。 - 前記アクチュエータが、熱アクチュエータであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料隔離システム。
- 前記アクチュエータが、ワックスアクチュエータであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料隔離システム。
- 前記プランジャが、ピストンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料隔離システム。
- 前記プランジャが、前記破裂ダイヤフラムを突き刺すように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料隔離システム。
- 前記破裂ダイヤフラムが、少なくとも1つのスコアラインを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料隔離システム。
- 前記破裂ダイヤフラムが、湾曲していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料隔離システム。
- 前記破裂ダイヤフラムに隣接し、かつ、前記アクチュエータから前記破裂ダイヤフラムの反対側に位置決めされたナイフエッジをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料隔離システム。
- 前記破裂ダイヤフラムが、前記バルブ本体に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料隔離システム。
- 前記破裂ダイヤフラムが、金属製であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料隔離システム。
- 前記入口および前記出口に加えて、前記バルブ本体が、前記流路内に開口し、かつ前記入口ではなく前記出口と流体接続されたテストポートを画定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料隔離システム。
- 前記出口が、フィルタを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料隔離システム。
- 前記出口が、ベンチュリを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の燃料隔離システム。
- 前記入口に接続された燃料タンクをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料隔離システム。
- 前記推進薬タンクが、加圧されたヒドラジンを含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の燃料隔離システム。
- 請求項1に記載の燃料隔離システムを備えた、飛行体。
