Claims (12)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体に連結されたバスバーフレーム、
前記電池セル積層体に連結され、アルミニウムを含む電極リード、および
前記電極リードと重畳し、銅を含むバスバーを含み、
前記電極リードと前記バスバーが溶接によって溶接部を形成し、
前記溶接部は、前記電極リードと前記バスバーの境界面を基準にして前記電極リード内に中心部が位置する第1領域および前記バスバー内に中心部が位置する第2領域からなり、
アルミニウムと銅の析出物が、前記第1領域と前記第2領域の両方の全体にわたって分散し、アルミニウムと銅の共晶が、前記第1領域と前記第2領域の両方の全体にわたって分布している、電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セル積層体に含まれている電池セルのうちの互いに隣接の電池セルからそれぞれ突出したセルテラスをさらに含み、
前記電極リードは前記セルテラスからそれぞれ突出し、同一な極性を有する複数の電極リードを含み、
前記電極リードは一つのバスバーと重畳している、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電極リードと前記バスバーの間で、前記バスバー上に第3金属でメッキされているメッキ層をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記メッキ層はニッケルを含む、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 複数の電池セルを積層して電池セル積層体を形成する段階、
前記電池セルのうちの互いに隣接の電池セルからそれぞれ突出した電極リードのうちの少なくとも一つを同一なバスバーに重畳させる段階、および
前記電極リードと前記バスバーを溶接させる段階を含み、
前記電極リードと前記バスバーを溶接させる段階は、
第1エネルギーを有するレーザで前記電極リードのみを予熱する段階、および
第2エネルギーを有するレーザで前記予熱された電極リードと前記バスバーを溶接する段階を含み、
前記電極リードはアルミニウムを含み、前記バスバーは銅を含み、
前記第1エネルギーは前記第2エネルギーより低く、
前記電極リードと前記バスバーを溶接させる段階は、前記電極リードに含まれるアルミニウムと前記バスバーに含まれる銅の共晶反応を誘導する段階を含む、電池モジュール製造方法。 - 前記電極リードと前記バスバーを溶接させる段階で、アルミニウムに混合される銅の合金濃度は22wt%~52wt%である、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。
- 前記電極リードを予熱する段階の溶接速度は、予熱された前記電極リードと前記バスバーを溶接する速度より大きい、請求項5または6に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。
- 前記電極リードと前記バスバーを溶接させる段階以前に、前記バスバー上に第3金属でメッキされているメッキ層を形成する段階をさらに含む、請求項5~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。
- 前記レーザは、中心から外郭にレーザビームが照射されるパターンを有する、請求項5~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。
- 前記レーザは、トルネード溶接ビームを有する、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。
- 電極リードとバスバーを溶接する方法において、
第1エネルギーを有するレーザで前記電極リードのみを予熱する段階、および
第2エネルギーを有するレーザで前記予熱された電極リードと前記バスバーを溶接する段階を含み、
前記第1エネルギーは前記第2エネルギーより低く、前記電極リードに含まれるアルミニウムと前記バスバーに含まれる銅の共晶反応を誘導する段階を含む溶接方法。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか一項による電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
