Description
〔1〕含砒素銅鉱石を原料とした浮遊選鉱により、銅精鉱を製造するにあたり、添加薬剤として、硫黄のオキソ酸類と過酸化水素とを併用することを特徴とする、低砒素銅精鉱の製造方法。
〔2〕硫黄のオキソ酸類が、チオ硫酸塩また亜硫酸塩であることを特徴とする、〔1〕に記載の低砒素銅精鉱の製造方法。
〔3〕硫黄のオキソ酸類の添加量が、含砒素銅鉱石1tに対して、0.1~3kgであることを特徴とする、〔1〕または〔2〕に記載の低砒素銅精鉱の製造方法。
〔4〕過酸化水素の添加量が、含砒素銅鉱石1tに対して、0.1~5kgであることを特徴とする〔1〕ないし〔3〕のいずれかに記載の低砒素銅精鉱の製造方法。
〔5〕添加薬剤の添加順序として、硫黄のオキソ酸類、続いて過酸化水素とすることを特徴とする〔1〕ないし〔4〕のいずれかに記載の低砒素銅精鉱の製造方法。
〔6〕含砒素銅鉱石に含まれる砒素鉱物が、硫砒銅鉱、砒四面銅鉱であることを特徴とする〔1〕ないし〔5〕のいずれかに記載の低砒素銅精鉱の製造方法。
表1に示す組成のチリ産の含砒素銅鉱石Aを原料として、浮遊選鉱試験を実施した。

Claims (6)
- 浮遊選鉱により含砒素銅鉱石から銅精鉱を製造する低砒素銅精鉱の製造方法であって、
添加薬剤として過酸化水素と硫黄のオキソ酸類を併用し、
前記過酸化水素の酸化作用により砒素鉱物を酸化して沈鉱させ、
前記硫黄のオキソ酸類により銅鉱物の表面疎水性を保持させて前記銅鉱物を浮鉱させることにより、前記銅鉱物を分離回収することを特徴とする、低砒素銅精鉱の製造方法。 - 前記硫黄のオキソ酸類が、チオ硫酸塩また亜硫酸塩であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の低砒素銅精鉱の製造方法。
- 前記硫黄のオキソ酸類の添加量が、前記含砒素銅鉱石1tに対して、0.1~3kgであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の低砒素銅精鉱の製造方法。
- 前記過酸化水素の添加量が、前記含砒素銅鉱石1tに対して、0.1~5kgであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の低砒素銅精鉱の製造方法。
- 前記添加薬剤の添加順序として、前記硫黄のオキソ酸類、続いて前記過酸化水素とすることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の低砒素銅精鉱の製造方法。
- 前記含砒素銅鉱石に含まれる前記砒素鉱物が、硫砒銅鉱、砒四面銅鉱であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の低砒素銅精鉱の製造方法。
