Claims (3)
- 第1のポリマー材料とコア医薬物質とを含むコア;および
エチレン-酢酸ビニルと細孔形成材料とを含むシェル;
を含む、医薬物質を送達する埋込可能なデバイスであって、
前記シェルは非医薬層であり、
前記細孔形成材料は、平均直径が1μm~300μmの粒子を含み、
全体が第1のポリマー材料とコア医薬物質で作製された対比のデバイスに比較して、バースト放出が低減されている埋込可能なデバイス。 - 第1のポリマー材料とコア医薬物質を含む第1の組成物を押出してコアを形成すること;および
エチレン-酢酸ビニルと細孔形成材料を含む第2の組成物によりコアを被覆してシェルを形成すること;を含む、埋込可能なデバイスを形成する方法であって、
前記第2の組成物は非医薬層であり、
前記細孔形成材料は、平均直径が1μm~300μmの粒子を含む、方法。 - 第1のポリマー材料とコア医薬物質を含む第1の組成物およびエチレン-酢酸ビニルと細孔形成材料を含む第2の組成物を共押出することを含み、
