Claims (15)
- 被写体を照明し、前記被写体からの光を撮像する内視鏡システムにおいて、
制御用プロセッサを備え、
前記制御用プロセッサは、
検査画像を取得し、
前記検査画像から喉頭を検出し、
前記喉頭の運動を捉えて、前記検査画像が嚥下中又は非嚥下中であることを判定する内視鏡システム。 - 前記制御用プロセッサは、
前記検査画像から高画素値領域を検出し、
前記高画素値領域の面積が第1閾値以上である場合に嚥下中であると判定する請求項1に記載の内視鏡システム。 - 前記制御用プロセッサは、
前記検査画像をグレースケールに変換してグレースケール画像とし、
前記グレースケール画像が有する画素の濃度値が第2閾値以上の場合、前記高画素値領域とする二値化処理を行う請求項2に記載の内視鏡システム。 - 前記制御用プロセッサは、
前記検査画像から判定対象領域を決定し、前記判定対象領域から前記高画素値領域を検出する請求項2又は3に記載の内視鏡システム。 - 前記判定対象領域は、前記検査画像の画像中心から、縦方向及び横方向へ向かって少なくとも10ピクセル以上であって、
前記判定対象領域の一辺の大きさは前記検査画像の縦又は横のいずれか小さい方の半分の大きさ以下の範囲内の領域である請求項4に記載の内視鏡システム。 - 前記制御用プロセッサは、
前記検査画像から喉頭蓋領域を検出し、
前記喉頭蓋領域を前記判定対象領域とする請求項4に記載の内視鏡システム。 - 前記制御用プロセッサは、
前記検査画像を分類器に入力し、嚥下中又は非嚥下中であると出力する請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡システム。 - 前記分類器は、嚥下中又は非嚥下中と判定された画像で学習されている請求項7に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 前記制御用プロセッサは、
嚥下中と判定した前記検査画像を取得した後、一定期間に取得されたフレームの前記検査画像を嚥下中と判定し、前記一定期間に取得された前記検査画像を嚥下中動画として出力する請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡システム。 - 前記制御用プロセッサは、
前記一定期間に取得された前記検査画像を前記嚥下中動画として記録する請求項9に記載の内視鏡システム。 - 前記制御用プロセッサは、
前記一定期間に取得された前記検査画像のうち、前記嚥下中動画をタグ付けして出力する請求項9または10に記載の内視鏡システム。 - 前記制御用プロセッサは、
前記一定期間に取得された前記検査画像のうち、前記嚥下中動画をタグ付けして記録する請求項9ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡システム。 - 前記一定期間は任意に設定可能である請求項9ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 前記一定期間は嚥下動作に要する時間に基づいて自動的に設定される請求項9ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 被写体を照明し、前記被写体からの光を撮像する内視鏡システムの作動方法において、
前記内視鏡システムが備える前記制御用プロセッサが、
検査画像を取得するステップと、
前記検査画像から喉頭を検出するステップと、
前記喉頭の運動を捉えて、前記検査画像が嚥下中又は非嚥下中であることを判定するステップと、を有する内視鏡システムの作動方法。
