Claims (8)
- 吸湿に対する静電容量の変化量が異なる第1吸湿センサと、第2吸湿センサと、を備えた吸湿センサであって、
前記第1吸湿センサおよび前記第2吸湿センサは、それぞれ、
吸湿前後で形状を保持し、吸湿前後で誘電率が変化し、吸湿後に吸湿状態を所定時間以上保持する吸湿性材料と、
前記吸湿性材料に配置された電極と、
を備え、
前記電極および前記吸湿性材料により形成される回路の静電容量が、前記吸湿性材料の吸湿量に応じて変化する、
吸湿センサ。 - 前記吸湿性材料は、膜厚の変化に応じて吸湿に対する前記静電容量の変化量が変わる、
請求項1に記載の吸湿センサ。 - 前記吸湿性材料は、吸湿能力の異なる複数の材料を含む、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の吸湿センサ。 - 前記吸湿性材料は、バインダー機能を有する材料を含む、請求項3に記載の吸湿センサ。
- 前記吸湿性材料は、温度25℃、湿度90%で24時間吸湿した状態の後、温度25℃、湿度50%で7日経過後で前記吸湿状態を保持する、
請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の吸湿センサ。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の吸湿センサと、
アンテナと、
前記アンテナを介して通信するICと、
を備えたRFIDタグ。 - 前記ICは、前記アンテナおよび前記吸湿センサにより構成される回路のインピーダンス変化の情報を送信する、
請求項6に記載のRFIDタグ。 - 吸湿前後で形状を保持し、吸湿前後で誘電率が変化し、吸湿後に吸湿状態を所定時間以上保持する吸湿性材料、および前記吸湿性材料に配置された電極を備えた吸湿センサと、
前記電極および前記吸湿性材料により形成される回路の静電容量を測定する測定器と、
を備え、
前記吸湿センサは、吸湿に対する静電容量の変化量が異なる第1吸湿センサと、第2吸湿センサと、を備え、
前記第1吸湿センサおよび前記第2吸湿センサは、それぞれ、前記吸湿性材料と、前記電極と、を備え、
前記測定器は、第1時間における第1静電容量と、第2時間における第2静電容量と、に基づいて、前記吸湿性材料の吸湿量を推定する、
吸湿量測定システム。
