Description

- 少なくとも第1及び第2の導電性バスバーであって、前記第1及び第2のバスバーの互いに離間したバスバーのそれぞれは、少なくとも1つの電気的に加熱可能なコーティングゾーンを横切って電圧を供給するように適合される、第1及び第2の導電性バスバー
を含む、積層された電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネルを含む、加熱可能な車両の窓を提供することにある。
Claims (14)
- - 少なくとも1種のポリマーを含む中間層によって互いに積層される、内面及び外面をそれぞれ備える第1の外側基材及び第2の内側基材(1);
- 前記外側基材と前記内側基材との間に設けられた少なくとも1つの加熱可能な導電層を含むコーティング(2)であって、前記コーティング(2)は、少なくとも1つの電気的に加熱可能なコーティングゾーン(31)と少なくとも1つの非加熱可能なコーティングゾーン(42、43)とに分割され、前記少なくとも1つの電気的に加熱可能なコーティングゾーン(31)は、コーティング削除領域によって絶縁されている少なくとも2つのゾーン境界(6、7)によって区切られる、コーティング(2);
- 少なくとも第1及び第2の導電性バスバー(21、22)であって、離間した前記第1及び第2のバスバー(21、22)のそれぞれは、前記少なくとも1つの電気的に加熱可能なコーティングゾーン(31)を横切って電圧を供給するように適合され、且つ電流が前記第1及び第2のバスバー(21、22)を通して流されるとき、前記少なくとも1つの電気的に加熱可能なコーティングゾーン(31)のみが加熱され、及び前記バスバー(21、22)間に導電路が規定される、第1及び第2の導電性バスバー(21、22)
を含む、積層された電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネルであって、
前記ゾーン境界(6、7)の幅は300μm以上である、電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(10)。 - 前記導電路の少なくとも一部分は、前記ガラスパネルの下縁(35)から前記ガラスパネルの上縁(36)まで実質的に延在する、請求項1に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電気的に加熱可能なコーティングゾーン(31)は、板ガラスの主要な面である、請求項1又は2に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(10)。
- 前記第1及び前記第2のバスバー(21、22)は、前記ガラスパネルの前記下縁(35)及び前記上縁(36)の長さに沿って設けられる、請求項2に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電気的に加熱可能なコーティングゾーン(31)は、前記ガラスパネルの非コーティング部分によって絶縁されるゾーン境界(6、7)によって区切られる、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(10)。
- 前記第1及び第2のバスバー(21、22)の一方は前記少なくとも1つの電気的に加熱可能なコーティングゾーン(31)に沿って延在する、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(10)。
- 前記コーティング(2)は太陽光制御コーティング層である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(10)。
- 前記コーティング(2)は、2~25Ω/平方の抵抗を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(10)。
- 前記基材(1)はガラス板である、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(10)。
- 第1及び第2の線形のコーティング削除領域(6、7)は、前記少なくとも1つの電気的に加熱可能なコーティングゾーン(31)を区切る、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(10)。
- 前記ガラスパネルは自動車のフロントガラスである、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(10)。
- 前記ガラスパネルは、サンルーフまで延在するフロントガラスのワンピースに形成された、自動車の板ガラスである、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(10)。
- 前記ガラスパネルは後部窓であり、前記ゾーン境界(6、7)は、平面図において、板ガラスの前記上縁及び下縁(36、35)に対して直交する、請求項2に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電気的に加熱可能なコーティングゾーン(31)は、自動車の乗員の視野にわたって延在する、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に加熱可能なガラスパネル(10)。
